I stopped at the Hani Honey storefront during a recent visit to Stuart. They have a charming cafe and retail shop where you can purchase honey products, bubble tea, coffee, lattes, and light bites. Hani Honey also offers beekeeping lessons which can be booked on their website. The inviting menu is divided into soups and salads, plates, coffee and specialty beverages, mead, wine, craft beer, tea, and bubble tea. Specials are posted on the board on the wall. I ordered the Butterfly Pea Spritzer made with sparkling butterfly pea tea with lemon along with a slice of the Strawberry Almond Tart. While my drink was prepared I shopped the eclectic selection of art, honey, candles, books by local authors, notecards, extracts, jewelry, bags, and more. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and my drink in the signature purple of pea flower mixed with lemon was refreshing without being overly sweet. I especially enjoyed the strawberry tart. I could have eaten there in the dining room or at the bar counter but I opted to take my snack to a local park. Usually places just have one salmon and one tuna option, but they had spicy tuna, different salmon mixes, and several other choices. I went with a salad base instead of rice and absolutely loaded it up with toppings -- basically everything except carrots. I also paid extra for avocado because obviously that's mandatory. For sauces, I got the house chili sauce with just a little spicy mayo mixed in. The small bowl was actually a really generous size for the price, which surprised me.
