A horrible experience. I told him that I am interested in buying a rolex watch for my mother, a not very popular model, a model that cannot be resold to earn more money. I showed him that I found the watch on their website and that it is in their store in Frankfurt when the employee told me without checking the computer or asking anyone else that they didn't have the watch and before I could ask him anything else he said goodbye and turned his back on me. 30 minutes after I left the store, I couldn't believe what happened. There's no way, I think it's impossible to behave like that with a customer who wants to buy a watch worth almost 12 thousand euros. This is the most horrible store I have ever entered in all my 33 years.
