While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Before finding this meditation I was a mess of stress and anxiety...even over the smallest things in life! This meditation has made my life a million times simpler and changed my perspective on life as a whole. I am so much more resilient in situations that used to get me down, able to express myself better, it has rid me of constant nightmares allowing for a more restful sleep and more productive days, improved sooo many of my relationships and has truly increased my energy & even my skin and face is brighter and smoother since starting. I always joke and tell people that meditation is my Botox ;) I am also a competitive figure competitor which requires extremely regimented meals/eating plan alongside a huge allotment of time to the gym daily for a solid 4 months out of the year (on top of my full time job)! My body response to my training and diet this year has been unbelievable smooth in terms of fat loss and I attribute it entirely to meditating and ridding myself of stress which has in turn aided in my weight loss. So amazing! I realized no matter how much I exercise to take care of my body, I must also take care of my mind. I try to come for an hour a day (more when I can) and travel frequently with a wacky work schedule; anyone can fit this into their schedule! I leave feeling so refreshed every time. The teachers here are wonderful and genuinely want you to succeed. I have only completed 2 levels of 7 and am so excited to see what other changes will occur as I progress. I could go on for hours about the wonders that this center has done for me! I now realize what a necessity this is in life :)

He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. All-in-all a great place to visit or practice regularly. It really helped my kick off my weekend right! Highly recommended.
