I found his attitude exceptionally compassionate and will definitely reschedule as soon as medical issues are resolved.

I was new to the home and to the area so via google I found Lenny and...........he saved the day. I think he could tell on the phone that I was beSIDE-myself and he did his best to talk me through the realities of my situation and gave me a thorough overview of the processes -- and was completely upfront and clear about his fees, et cetera. He then went out of his way to arrive at my home as quickly as possible and was, again, absolutely thorough -- not only did he remove the bat, but he then inspected my entire home attic to basement. However, being that my roof is super-tall, he was not able to check the exterior of the chimney. SO, after having been paid in full and then inspecting the whole house (though, really, he was not in least bit obligated to do ANYthing but get the bat out), he came back a couple of days later with a super-tall ladder and not only ruled out the chimney exterior as a factor, but while he was up there did some preventative sealing of it just to be safe. I'd use him again in a milli-second and recommend him highly.

My reserved climate controlled storage unit had water on the floor; plus to access it you had to go through a tiny door then turn down A hallway and the access to the storage unit was tiny. They tried to tell me that it was a stain then said it was humidity, that is the most ridiculous thing you could say to someone. Insulting actually. She called her boss and I could hear her say tell her it's humidity. That manager is an idiot & anyone that tries to gaslight the customer is not good at their job and I would never want to trust them. But thankfully I pushed for a resolution and after many phone calls from me to the cubesmart customer service line and the associate calling every number she could find for help (Her back up people were not answering the phone, unacceptable) she was able to reach the manager of the old school house location. This location! Karen came right in on her day off in the high heat and through the heavy beach traffic. She was so nice and so friendly to me and my son. Her facility was clean, dry and better maintained than the other location. She had a unit ready to go which way is right inside a wide doorway and the entrance in the storage unit was a large doorway as well. Did I mention the floor was dry? You could say that this location is far superior than the other location. If you're trying to decide between the two locations pick this one, always.
