Then he and Willie were at my house before noon. They displayed excellent communication and integrity, taking the time to educate me about my options and what the state of the basement was. They confirmed with their moisture sensor what we already suspected - that the carpet had dried out already, but was continuing to harbor mold, so we needed to finish ripping it out, which we had started ourselves. They recommended a cleaning product, and since we were already doing the work ourselves, waived the inspection fee and went on to their next customer. I had identified a narrow window of 3 days for scheduling the work and RC provided me with options on each of the days. Of the six vendors, only 3 responded same day and 1 never responded. The other vendors provided ranges based on their needing to actually see the lumber pile and where it was relative to the truck loading spot. RC was very responsive, had the best price, accommodated my short timeframe for removal and did a great job removing all of the debris and clearing the small stuff from the grass. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
