I found this place through a blog about prepared paleo meals. There were about 10 companies listed and this one was the most reasonable price wise so I tried it out. I'm only half way through my shipment of 14 meals and I have been happy with all of them so far and absolutely loved one of them (Tandoori Chicken with Indian Pineapple rice and Moroccan Carrots) so much that I'm going to try to recreate it. Here's how the process works. Choose how many frozen meals you want to receive (3, 10, 14, or recurring shipments). Choose the size of meals that works for you 2B or 3B (3B is 30% larger than 2B and 2B meals seem to be about 10-14 oz) and then pick the meals you want from a varied list that seems to change weekly. Then pay for your meals and shipping. Shipping is $25 for most states, $30 for others. Since I live in Texas and they are based in Texas I received my meals they day after I ordered them. They came in a styrofoam box with dry ice and completely frozen. You just put however many meals you would like in the refridgerator overnight to thaw and then heat in the oven or microwave Customer service was great. As I was looking online a chat popped up and they asked if I had any questions. Which I did, and they promptly answered them. Also, about two hours after my meals arrived I received a phone call checking to see if I got them and asking if I had any questions. Paleo food can be quite expensive to prepare yourself and is very time consuming since you can't eat hardly any prepared foods. This place is a lifesaver for when I don't want to cook. Especially since the meals come frozen so I don't have a time limit on when I have to eat them by. My only reservation is the price. $10.50 for a meal before shipping is pricey for me but I know it is worth it. They say "you will think you are having a cheat meal" and they are right. The great variety, flavor and choices matched with easy to store and reheat is amazing. These meals keep my on track with my Macros, personal fitness goals and have helped me get back into the best shape I have been in years. I was a chef and cooking comes easy. Meal prep was consuming my weekends and time with family. Eatology gives me more variety and choices than I could ever prepare and store at home. I eat 4-5 meals a day and the meals Eatology deliveries to my door make it easy and healthy. I have tried several other meal deliveries and none of them have compared to the variety, flavor and ease. The food is tasty and easy to prepare. I get a shipment every Thursday and pop them right in the freezer. At night, I'll take my meals that I plan to eat and put them in the refrigerator. A couple of minutes in the microwave and YUM. I've already lost over 30 lbs and have only been on the plan for a couple of months. The plan is so easy to stick with, even if I have a 'cheat' meal I can jump right back on. My energy level is up, my moods are better, and I no longer have the pesky eczema! Best decision ever!!! Living in Michigan I found Eatology online when searching for mail order paleo meals. There are a few other companies that offer similar services but are way more expensive. I have only had four of my fifteen meals so far (2 breakfast, 2 lunch) and have loved them all! The food is delicious and seasoned well! Plus, it's all zone/paleo so it's good and healthy! After the first day of trying my meals I ordered more! I can't wait to see the variety in my next shipment. I'm sure it will be just as delicious! read more

Really happy to have found this place. I need a source of healthy ready made meals, and 99% of frozen meals in supermarkets is shit. Add to that the fact that we have no place that sells GOOD meals ready to go (but lots of fried chicken, corn dogs and fries). So this place is great. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. They have a large and varied menu to choose from. I like the different sizes and "2B" is plenty for me. Paleo works for me well so this is such a great discovery. The folks who work here are friendly and informative. I won't get all my meals here because I love to cook, but I will be a regular here. Great stuff. read more

This place literally saved me!! I am in college station because my grandma is having surgery...I have severe food allergies, so I eat paleo. I looked for paleo and this place popped up, I bought four days worth of food and I'm super impressed with the quality and the taste it's amazing!! Alright, so they're a pretty cool place, and they staff are great - very friendly/personable. That gets them 3 stars. My first issue is the price, the portions in a 3B meal aren't enough for someone like myself who is 6'4" and does powerlifting/bodybuilding. I basically need 2 meals to satisfy my meal requirements (macros), and seeing they're $12+ a meal, well, that adds up - it's just too much. I ding them one star for the price. The last issue is the actual food itself. It's not bad, but it's not exactly great. Honestly, if you get them frozen, they're not much different than a microwavable meal you pick-up in the frozen food aisle at HEB or Kroger. I just didn't see the value in paying that much per meal for something that wasn't that great. Also, their meals are mostly grain-free, which doesn't make sense to me, but then again I don't follow the whole "paleo" thing. All in all they're nice people, but just didn't make sense for me, and I'll probably just do ICON meals next time since they're cheaper and more customizable. read more

You know I'm thankful for these meals. They are not the most amazing food I have ever eaten BUT they get the job done when it comes to a healthy meal you KNOW what your eating (ingredients on label). I give them a lot of credit I wouldn't have tried a lot of things for instance...Brussels sprouts, egg plant, collard greens (which I didn't like) but for the most part variety & creative entrees..we still got a few same meals doubled up since I prefer no dairy and seafood. Hope you like meatballs because it's a staple at Eatology. One thing I wasn't happy with are the portions, particularly the protein portions. Even the three block meal has a pretty small amount of protein. We are active and eat more a Paleo lifestyle so meat is pretty important and keeps me fuller than veggies. Pricing is not cheap, sometimes you just got to pay for certain things. They come in a metal pan ready to be heated in an oven. We have thawed them the night before and sometimes stay fresh up to 2-3 days (don't chance it though). All in all I'm happy for what it is, however I am trying a new place at the moment where Paleo meals are fresh, delivered daily and protein portions are larger. read more
