Had to wait 53 minutes for our food after week ordered. Waitress Shelbe was excellent. Food was hot and tasted good once we finally got it. I visited here on Labor Day. This restaurant is on the direct route from Tionesta/President camping areas to Pittsburgh. Any manager that runs a restaurant would know this day and time would be a busy day. They should have scheduled enough staff to make sure the restaurant was fully staffed for smooth timely service. When you stop for breakfast while traveling to a tourist area you expect fast service. I will never visit this restaurant again. The waitress was very apologetic for a bad situation that was not her fault. Come on Manager use some common sense....schedule enough staff to take care of your customers. This vist was very disappointing. read more

Take out from this place is hit or miss. This time my selection was a huge miss. I ordered as a side, Italian wedding soup but got chicken noodle. I ordered a baked potato but it could not be pierced even with a sharp knife. It was overcooked. Once I git it cut apart, there was no part to it that wasn't very firm and brown. Just picking up that potato. A cook of any caliber would know it was unfit. The crumb coated cod was not flaky at all but very chewy. We made a quick stop to pick up some cookies to go. The service was five stars - the staff member who assisted us was so friendly and helpful! We had been hoping for a red smiley face cookie as one of them, and she cheerfully said she was sure they had some in the back and she'd grab one. We also got some chocolate chip cookies. Came for lunch at 12:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. We got a warm welcome from the hostess and from our server, Valerie. Husband had fried shrimp with coleslaw and fries. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The food quality was excellent and a good value. Very clean in both restaurant and restroom. I literally downloaded yelp so I could say how great the service was. Our waitress, Massie, was an absolute QUEEEN. She was so sweet. I didn't want a huge shake after my wonderful meal, she made me a small one to go. My pasta was so appetizing and they had great tasting water also! The mash potatoes were so scrumptious. Just a typical Eat'n Park. Service was spot on and my food was served hot and fresh. Nothing spectacular about the taste, wasn't the greatest and not the worst I ever had. Portions were adequate and I did not leave hungry. I wish I could could write more about this place, but I can't. Really I can't. It was just "ok" it was not bad at anything, nor was it great, this place is just ok. If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat, don't want to spend a lot, and are not looking to be "wow'd" in anyway, then I got good news for you, you found what you are looking for. read more

Great food! Some of their food reminds me of days gone by. Be sure to save room for pie.

The pasta was bland and cool. Definitely would not order again. The other entrees may be better, but definitely do not recommend the pasta.

The service is slow. It's been at least 20 minutes and I still haven't gotten my food. Never coming back.

This is a typical Eat 'n Park. Noisy, and a little on the pricey side. $21 for two lunch soup and salads is a bit much. Both my wife and I had the soup and salad bar. All the items were fresh but nothing was labeled. It was a guess what the dressings were. Same with the soups. The labels they had were wrong. Pick a soup and guess what it is. There are a lot of better places to eat in Franklin. read more

The name is misleading- I parked, THEN ate. The food is decent, as is the service. The cookies are a nice touch. There are new entrees once in a while. However, unlike many other Eat n' Parks, this one is not open 24 hours. read more

Comfort food menu with addition of good bakery and MILKSHAKES. Service was quick and friendly. The menus were fresh and easy to read. Unfortunately, although photocentric the food was just average. Not worth repeating. The milkshake was the best part read more

We frequently visit this Eat'n Park, and Kim is one of their best servers! She is very polite, pays attention to the table, and is sure to give you quick service. The food is always good when she is our server, almost as if she double checks everything before it leaves the kitchen! I recommend stopping in and asking for Kim! You won't be disappointed!!! read more
