We got all set up - I had a birthday certificate for $20 off gameplat that I entered at the bay screen, selected a game style and started us off! Also had the NBA finals on our personal tv since we were there during that time (congrats to all my friends back home in the North Jersey/NYC area who are happy & celebrating ). We were in the mood for a snack, so ordered a couple of appetizers - Cheese Fries with bacon and some Boneless BBQ wings. Standard bar/restaurant apps that did the job. I think my gripe (aside from the lack of seasoning) is these things are sloppy. Almost like it's purposely built to be a mess. If the cheese was mixed through instead of thrown on top, it would probably taste better (and save them money on napkins). All in all it's decent. Located within the Waterside community off of State Road in Bensalem. It is popular with the residents there. Maybe it doesn't help that I come from New York and tried numerous food trucks or restaurants in food markets so my standards might be higher than normal. They got the waffle (5/5) part down, but not the chicken (2.5/5). Fried chicken is one of my favorite foods so I was a tad bit disappointed when the main star of the meal was very subpar. I also ordered 2 eggs on the side, over-medium and they were cooked well. My friend ordered the meat lovers omelette and it seemed like he enjoyed it. No complaints about service, and I was very happy to have my breakfast at a clean establishment. I'll probably be back next time I'm in Philly to try their other breakfast items.
