If you're in Kissimmee and craving variety, this food truck spot is a must-visit. It's like a mini…read moreworld of flavors, with options ranging from Asian and Latin to Mexican and fresh seafood all in one place. We tried a Colombian food truck during our visit, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were authentic, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. It's the perfect destination if you're with a group or just can't decide what you're in the mood for, since everyone can pick something different. Weekends can get very busy, so I recommend going on a weekday evening like we did, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. They're open daily from 10 AM until 2 AM, which makes it a great late-night option too. Highly recommended if you want great food and lots of choices in one spot!

This was my first time visiting this food truck space, and I'm genuinely glad to have a spot like…read morethis closer to home where I can explore different foods without traveling far. I really appreciated the diversity of the space it offers a nice variety and feels welcoming. I stopped by during lunch with my daughter, and I must say the people there were absolutely kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. I tried a few different spots and overall was pleased with the options available. One thing that did surprise me was the pricing at the Jamaican restaurant. I ordered a cocoa bread, a patty, and two sodas, and the total came to about twenty five dollars. That price definitely caught me off guard for what was ordered. I was also disappointed with the fried pork from the Haitian restaurant. Unfortunately, it was very dry, hard, and lacked flavor. I would strongly suggest allowing the pork to properly soak in seasoning before frying and being mindful not to overcook it. I wasn't sure if this happened because we were among the first customers and the meat may have been reheated, but as a Haitian who has cooked this dish before, I know exactly how it should taste. That part of the experience was disappointing. Even with that said, I would still return. There's another Haitian restaurant there that I'm willing to try, and I appreciate having a diverse food space nearby that continues to offer new options to explore.

Very cute decor inside, but a bit before the time Portillo's was established in Chicago. Since the creator, Dick Portillo is a north sider, they favor giardiniera on the beef rather than sweet green peppers like old school southsiders in Chicago do. Plus my request for a little red sauce on top, which really puzzled the cashier, so I had to explain it's like marinara, was a no go. They don't have any. I had to do a count down with the guy making the sandwich to get a proper submerge for the dip so it would be wet. BTW, you have no idea how that red sauce will make a beef sandwich sing! The Chicago dog was well prepared, but the bottom of the bun opened up about 3/4 of the way thru eating it, so had to really work at not losing the rest of the dog and the toppings all over the plate. A bit of a battle ensued. While everything was okay, the beef especially didn't have nearly the amount of flavor you'd get at a mom n pop joint in Chicago, which are everywhere. I guess when you can't get the Real thing, beggers can't be choosers.
