I asked two employees after we finished loading if the order(100ish items stacked on a pallet, hinges etc just out free on top of boxes) was complete, and they assured me it was. After arriving home and began unloading I noticed that I was missing several items on top of two items being damaged beyond use. I have ordered close to $15,000 worth of merchandise in the last few months, most of it being cabinets and associated items. This will be the 4th time having to drive back to Salina for this order. 70 mile round trip. We drove there to order the cabinets, I drove back the following day because the employees missed an invoice that I needed to pay to get things ordered, I drove there yesterday to pick up an order that I was told was complete. Now I have to drive back to pick up the remaining order and get the damaged parts replaced. The supervisor and GM of the store would not budge on delivering the items without charging me a minimum of $160. Tell me how that makes any sense. Not a great way to treat your customers. There are plenty of other stores like Menards. I will not be returning for any more larger purchases.

I asked if it mattered that the order was placed 3 weeks ago and ready for pickup sitting in their store. She said, no you have to go online. UPDATE: I went online. If an order has been pulled, you can not return it online and have to contact the store. I call the store back. I get her name this time, Tammy. She CLEARLY does not want to do her job. Got an attitude when I told her I just spoke with her and was looking at the website and it's not possible for me to do the return. She asked for the order number, paused for a minute, then said "I'll see what I can do but I don't know" I said, "ok, we'll can I get a call back with an outcome?" Tammy said, "Ugh. I guess I'll go over to a register and just do this return so I don't have to find someone to swipe." I'm guessing at this time she actually went to a register about a minute passes and she said, "I processed the return." As I was saying, "thank you" Tammy proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

The 5 star review is warranted due to the quality, price, delivery, and overall shopping…read moreexperience. Jared, the store manager, is extremely knowledgeable of the manufacturing of the mattresses which was essential in order to select the right mattress for our guest room. I'm proud to support a Kansas owned and operated company and even more so when their product is of superior quality.

First big move. I was highly considering ordering a mattress online through multiple start-up…read morecompanies. But like most expensive essentials, investing in the proper mattress pays off in the long run when it comes to proper rest and recuperation after long days at work. Long term investments like this are better done in person with products on-hand. I stopped by the Mattress Hub a couple of weeks ago, attempting to learn more on mattresses. Sean was very helpful and patient when it came to all of my thousands of inquiries and questions about the different mattresses that are out on the market. I expected a pressuring sales pitch and price haggling, but Sean promoted none. He doesn't come off as a salesman at all, just a down to Earth kind of guy. A good friend and neighbor to go to for advice. Amazing customer experience overall! The Mattress Hub has many products and mattress styles on-hand and Sean was very thorough about explaining the differences. From all memory foam both gel and standard, to different name brands such as Temper Pedic and Serta, he explained what the Mattress Hub offered. At the end of the day it was all about weighing affordability and comfortability. There are payment options available all ranging in what is most comfortable with you. I walked out purchasing a mattress and base. Sean threw in a package deal of sheets and pillows. I live down the road and he was able to schedule me with same day delivery last minute. (That's pure luck!) Within an hour my new mattress and base was delivered and set up. No complaints about the product at all. Sleeping well. Like I said, amazing overall experience. Give this store a chance. Yes you can always quickly stop by at Sam's Club or listen to all the advertising about online purchases. But three things to keep in mind: affordability, comfortability, accessibility. The winning factor for me was the ability to learn about these mattresses and to test out every single one. It doesn't cost to learn what you're investing money into. What better way than at the Mattress Hub?
