The guest service here is unmatched by any other furniture store I've ever been to. From the freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and beverages when you walk in to employees all over the floor eager to help you find what you need or just to say hello. Furniture mall of Kansas is the Four Seasons of furniture stores because they really take care of you, especially at this location! In 2021 I was 8 months pregnant when we were looking for a new bed and I was dire need of some good rest. We got a super fancy mattress that stays cool and an electric frame, still sleep like a baby every single night to this day! Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped us back then, but he was amazing and made sure we got the best deal for our money adding in two mattress protectors and free delivery. Last year around this time we got rid of our old living room set and I knew this is where I wanted to select the new one. Although, I do have to agree to an extent about the timeliness of the delivery is extensive...I almost hate to say it's worth the wait since these are pieces built to last. I have also snagged a glass bookshelf and a full body mirror to bring the new set together. To the female manager who called the other branches in Topeka and Lee Summit to get a product I saw online that the Olathe location didn't have in stock THANK YOU! I really appreciate your efforts to make it right even after I picked it up and my expectations were not met. I can't say enough great things about this location in particular, but I'll finish by saying If you are in the market for anything furniture this is the place to be! I have introduced several friends to the store who have consigned furniture. Recently, we have noticed that a young woman who accepts items falls short in the customer service area. She has an air of self importance, and as my friend said recently, acts as if she is too busy saving the world to stop and help us mere mortals. Like any business, Couches to Curios would not exist without customers but this person doesn't seem to understand that. The rest of the staff, from owner Becky, manager Patrick (her son), and the sales people are all great.

The freight company they contracted to deliver arrived 3 days after they said they would deliver and came at 8;00 pm. They had obviously damaged them. For weeks now I have called and emailed Carrie and she and J. Thomas have done absolutely nothing besides say they "care". They claim that they need the freight company to inspect the damage and make a claim against them. They are using their useless and non-responsive freight company as an excuse to not replace our shelves. This company is absolutely uncaring and it seems only legal action will make them act.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.
