Second stop shop for work boots was a success! I've first…read moreseen really old, good reviews from years ago. Didn't think to check the date as I rushed to surprise my boyfriend with an early Xmas present before he clocked out of work. My first mind set was to check out the quality and prices to later compare. That didn't work out due to the owner being pushy. Also the fact that I'm pregnant and was in a rush did not help at all. The cool thing is the owner seen my belly then offered me $20 off. The "hiking" boots by Tegropro is originally sold for $140 plus tax $20. With the discount offer my total was $141 after tax. After I purchased the boots I went back onto Yelp to check more reviews due to my concern of the boot quality. The most recent reviews are horrible! I was so worried! What if I couldn't get a refund?! My mind wouldn't snap out of that thought so I dealt with my guts. Well according to my boyfriend the boots are so comfortable with memory foam. He hasn't complained about it one bit! Pros: -Good customer service -Pregnant discount offer -Tegopro "hikers" memory foam boots are good -Local shop Cons: -Owner is pushy -Hard to understand -Talks over you a lot

Not on sale or anything for $40. This guy buys garbage from Amazon and triples the price. I cannot imagine the nerve of this guy to sell crap like this for triple.

Walk-ins welcome

And help us pick a 2 piece suit, another blazer, pair of slacks, jeans, and a pair of dress shoes all for a trip that we were leaving on this week. He took the measurements and gave us the time to come back for pick up. The only reason I didn't give Men's Wearhouse a 5* rating. I started calling the morning it was promised. The phone system put us through to the store, a young gentleman answered and put me on hold to check the items. I was on hold for 20 minutes (I had a long commute to my next location, otherwise I'm sure I would have thought it was an eternity) No one ever came back on. So I hung up and called back. I let the guy that answered (someone different) know that I was on hold for 20 minutes and I needed to make sure the items were ready as promised before we made the trip to the store. It wasn't ready, but they promised it would be ready the next day. Went in that Thursday, hubby tried everything on. They fit perfectly. We were thrilled with everything that was purchased. The gentleman that helped us also helped us pick out a belt and handkerchief. The in-store experience was perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping there again.

Mick took the time to start with a solid foundation, finding the ideal sizes, took measurements to get the precise fit! I have seen complaints about customer response time but keep in mind it's a full-service store. That emphasis was reaffirmed when store manager John Garson pressed the purchased coat and slacks. Solid experience and thank you gentleman *

As a former employee who has worked for this company twice before, I'm extremely disappointed with…read moremy recent experience trying to return. My most recent position with the company was eliminated back in March, so when I was contacted on July 18th regarding another opportunity, I was genuinely excited about the possibility of returning. I was looking forward to interviewing and hopefully being given another opportunity with a company I had already worked for twice. I followed up several times after being contacted, and each time I spoke with the beauty manager, Zohra, I was led to believe that I was still being considered and that I would be contacted to schedule an interview. What was most disappointing was how things were handled this past weekend. I reached out again on Sunday and was told that I would receive a call on Monday. When I still hadn't heard anything Monday, I reached out again and was told I would be contacted within 15 minutes. That call never came. Instead, I received an email stating that the company was no longer interested in moving forward with me. I completely understand that being a former employee does not guarantee me a position or even an interview. I also understand that companies have the right to choose whichever candidates they feel are the best fit. That isn't my issue. My issue is that I would have preferred honesty and direct communication. After repeatedly following up and being reassured that I would be contacted--including being told that very day that I would receive a call within 15 minutes--I feel I should have simply been told that the decision had been made not to move forward with me. There was no reason to continue giving me the impression that an interview or conversation was coming. After working for this company twice and then having my position eliminated in March, this experience was especially disappointing. I feel like my time and emotions were played with, and I found the lack of transparency and follow-through from management very unprofessional. In a way, I'm thankful for the experience because it showed me that returning may not have been the right decision for me. I value honesty, communication, and people keeping their word. I can absolutely accept being told "no." What I don't appreciate is repeatedly being told to expect a call or an opportunity that never comes. Sometimes a rejection really is a redirection.
