The pool is stunning but seems smaller than internet photos. I don't mind that it isn't heated. There are comfortable body-curving loungers in the pool to relax and cool down. I spent more time lying on those than the ones on the deck. There is a separate adult sundeck with jacuzzi, but there were no kids in the resort when we went. Surprisingly and unfortunately the indoor massage spa pool costs 18€ to use for an hour. E never saw anyone using it. Other hotels I've been to in Spain are complimentary. Rooms are pretty small for a luxury resort, but we appreciated the balcony which has chairs, a table and towel bars to dry swimsuits and other items. Breakfast is a grand buffet, perhaps one of the best on our trip. There is easy access via bus and ferry to downtown. The bus is cheaper but City Boat (which docks almost right outside the hotel waterfront) can't be beat for scenic water views, especially at dusk! The best 4€ spent in Ibiza.

The pool is great lounge spot to look out at the water and get poolside service with drinks. Be careful though, it's easy to get trapped at the pool and stay there all day. You don't want to miss out on the rest of this amazing island! The rooms were very comfortable and super clean. Plenty of hot water. The one thing I was concerned about as an American, was having a comfortable bed that was big enough to spread out. Hotel Torre Del Mar did not disappoint! If you can spare the extra 50 Euro, I recommend getting a water view. We didn't spend much time in the room, but our view wasn't that great. On check out day we had several hours to spare, so they held our luggage for us and let us use the locker rooms in the spa to change and take showers if we needed to after the pool.

I'm honestly devastated to be writing this, but our recent stay at Ushuaïa on 1st August 2025 was…read moreone of the most stressful, disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had--particularly upsetting given the high cost (over £1300 for one night) and that this was meant to be a special anniversary trip. We booked the "Anything Can Happen Suite" expecting a seamless and celebratory experience. Instead, what happened was a cascade of failures that left us feeling ignored, degraded, and frankly shocked--especially in a hotel that markets itself as luxury and inclusive. Check-In Disaster: We arrived at 3:15 PM and were told our room wasn't ready. Fair enough--initially. But no follow-up, no communication, and no apology. I had to chase four times at the desk, only to be met with robotic, dismissive responses and rude attitudes from the front desk team. No manager was ever made available to speak to us, and we didn't get access to the room until close to 6 PM--almost 3 hours later. False Promises About Accessibility: Before booking, we called multiple times (myself and two friends separately) and were explicitly reassured that our disabled guests could move between the room and the event area throughout the night. This was a key factor in our decision to book. When we arrived, we were abruptly told this was not allowed. My disabled partner and friend were essentially trapped--unable to re-enter the event area if they left for rest or toilet access. This left them distressed and humiliated. No one--not reception, the "experience team," or the box office--offered a solution. The finger-pointing and lack of care was appalling. For a hotel of this profile to treat disabled guests this way in 2025 is disgusting and potentially unlawful. We felt lied to, ignored, and abandoned. Special Occasion? Completely Ignored. This trip was also our anniversary. I had planned to propose but didn't--because the entire day was ruined by stress and mishandling. No gesture, no questions, not even a "congratulations." No support in planning anything. A complete emotional letdown. Sexual Comments from Security: To make matters worse, some of the security staff made inappropriate, sexual comments to our female friends--including "your ass looks nice in that outfit" and "give me a shout later, sexy." This is completely unacceptable, and I am disgusted that this was brushed off when raised with the hotel. In Summary: * 3-hour delay to check-in with rude service * False promises and complete disregard for disabled guests * No acknowledgment or support for a special occasion * Inappropriate, degrading behaviour from hotel security * No apology. No resolution. No refund. If you're looking for a hotel that actually delivers on luxury, respect, and basic accessibility, Ushuaïa is not the place. I'll be pursuing this with the tourism board, disability rights organisations, and legal channels. Guests deserve better--especially in a venue claiming to be world-class

There's so much to do within walking distance which is a huge plus because the cabs can be kind of pricey. Old Town is only about 5 mins away with many shops, restaurants and bars. It's close to Castell de Eivissa and the ferry to Formentera, highly recommended to visit both! They have a computer and printer onsite which was very helpful when we needed to print our boarding passes. We also loved the rooftop pool. However, a lot was left to be desired. For starters the room was kind of small. The shower did not have a door or anything covering it so the floors would constantly get soaked. The lighting in the rooms was not that great and the A/C was not very strong. There wasn't much air circulating through the room either so it would feel stuffy at times. The walls are paper thin! This might have been my biggest gripe because we could hear full conversations of ppl next door or outside. Although very clean the hotel lacks that modern touch. If you like more of an old-fashioned vibe then that might not bother you as much. Don't expect an amazing view for a standard room - we had a view of someone's patio and their daily laundry. Again, not a huge deal breaker for me because we were barely in the room. We did not have robes or an iron in our room which was a little frustrating seeing as they charge a service for laundry and pressing. All in all while everything did not exceed my expectations I felt comfortable. If I were to return it would be for the great amenities including the amazing rooftop pool, the tremendously sweet and helpful staff and the fact that everything is so central. Would prob also book a suite next time!

Mornings were quiet, the breakfast was so so for Europe, just basic offerings, but in a nice area by the quiet pool. My major big negative was that I splurged on a party pool side table one day, and even though half of them were empty, I was stuck in a back corner looking at empty tables in front of me. And it wasn't cheap. My server was great, but I was made to feel too "un-cool" like they had to stick me in the back when pool side tables were open!

I stayed in the apartments, in a studio. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is awesome! They are friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours. The location is convenient to walk to local restaurants, shopping, and the bus station. I had a rental car and I almost regretted it because parking is difficult around here - that said, the hotel has some first come, first serve spaces available in a padlocked lot shared with other hotels about two blocks away. I parked there when I couldn't find space on the street and I actually never saw the lot full, so it worked out well. I had the agent at the front desk order a taxi for me once, and it arrived very quickly, within a few minutes. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a buffet for 10€ if you wake up before 11am. There is an ATM connected to the hotel that consistently gave me a better exchange rate than the banks in the United States; I used it three times and noticed that it offers club tickets as well but I didn't purchase any there. Yes, the ATM offers club tickets! This leads me to the internet access. The signal in my room was awesome. I think everyone in the apartments jumped on the WiFi in the morning because it seemed slower than in the afternoons and evenings. I used my phone to surf the internet in my room and it was fine. One night, I realized that I forgot to print a club ticket so I used a computer and printer in the hotel lobby. There are two computers available. Finally, the entire reason that I decided to stay in Sant Antoni de Portmany (San Antonio) is that the hotel is quiet at night. After the sun goes down, when you are ready to sleep, you can sleep. No noisy bar underneath the rooms (like some other places) and the hotel staff told me to inform them if there was any noise from other guests. I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel and the people there are completely unhelpful. Firstly, the hotel falsely advertises that it has beach umbrellas. When asked about beach umbrellas, they directed us to the beach nextdoor where we had to pay an additional fee for beach umbrellas. Secondly, the hotel falsely advertises that they are "All inclusive". In fact, the correct advertisement is "all exclusive". They put filthy drinks that will make you sick to your stomach (that was my experience personally), and upcharge your for the drinks that you actually want. The hotel also serves dog and cat food to their hotel guests. The food was the worst that i have had in my life, and I often saw bugs crawling on the food in-doors. There is also no sense of service. In fact, the best way to get anything here is to repeteadly ask for it because you get different responses. The restaurant also falsely advertises on its website that there are 2 restaurants in their all inclusive, and there is only 1 restaurant. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy even. From the reception to the wait staff to the lifeguards, every person we came across was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. We were impressed by the linguistic skills of the front desk, who could all apparently speak great English, German, and Spanish. They were always available to answer questions, give us directions, and ensure our stay was comfortable, and because we had to wait for a late flight after checking out, they also offered to store our luggage and offer courtesy showers in the shower room, which allowed us to enjoy our last day on the Santa Eulalia beach even more. Kudos to the management for hiring and training exceptional staff. The location is quiet and lovely, with an easy walk to the larger beach and small downtown area. During our stay (2nd week of October), there was an older crowd of mostly Germans and British people, and it seems my husband and I were some of the youngest people in the hotel, but we were looking for a peaceful, calmer environment away from the party scenes that Ibiza is notorious for, so it was fine for us. The pool is lovely with a nice view of the blue ocean, and the rooms are immaculately clean and modern. We only briefly stopped to listen to the Beatles cover band, which sounded great. There were only two slight cons to our stay. The hotel bed was a bit uncomfortable with only very thin sheets, and as an American, I'm still not accustomed to the European style of combining two double beds into one (why not just take the plunge and order some queen or king-size beds)? However, this is just a cultural factor that I think only non-Europeans would notice. I also felt the food was a bit subpar. Although the eating facilities are spacious and beautiful with romantic outdoor and indoor seating, the quality and taste of the food was not up to the standard I expected. I was content with the assortment and variety, but on some days pancakes would be overcooked and burnt, scrambled eggs would be watery, and juice and coffee were very disappointing and one could taste the powder used to make the beverages. I prefer filtered coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a pina colada I ordered by the pool was also a bit watered down and bland, but overall the food experience was satisfactory. In addition, the a la carte meal was wonderful and the restaurant was beautiful and romantic, and as I said, the wait and kitchen staff were superb in their service. We had the half board, which includes breakfast and dinner (although one can switch up dinner for lunch if a day's notice is given), and I also recommend other couples to do the same over the all-inclusive, if you are the type who also prefers to explore the city's restaurants and other dining options. Overall, despite a few minor details, I have to give this hotel five stars, because the service and location were absolutely fantastic and made for a wonderful vacation.

I would advise paying for a room with a sea view - because it is worth it. I've never stayed in a street-facing room so I can't review those. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Ibiza town and Dalt Villa. We walked it day and night and felt safe. I was honestly hesitant to book it because of the price, especially coming from a small town in Colorado and wanting a mix of relaxation and fun. But once I was there, it completely worked. The property is stunning high-end, modern, and beautifully designed. Friends who stayed at other hotels actually came to ours just to take photos because it's that nice. If you want great pictures, you don't even need to leave the hotel. It really is the hotel. Breakfast was incredible. I loved having fresh, natural juices every morning, and the food overall was excellent. The private beach was a huge highlight, and the private concerts and live music added such a fun, lively energy. It's definitely a vibrant place, but it still felt enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The staff were truly amazing friendly, attentive, and welcoming across the board. They really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special. The only downside for me was the room layout and bathroom. The resort is very large, so depending on where your room is, the walk can be pretty long especially if you're on the pool side. Also, the shower door didn't fully close, so water leaked out everywhere, and the shower area didn't feel as clean or polished as I would expect for a hotel at this price point. Not terrible, but noticeable. That said, I genuinely loved my stay and had a great time. It did feel worth it overall, even with the cost. I'd absolutely love to come back budget permitting and would 100% stay here again if I return to Ibiza. The level of incompetence, disorganization, and sheer laziness on display here is almost impressive - you'd think it was some kind of social experiment on how bad a hotel can get before guests riot. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted not with warmth but with chaos and indifference. Check-in? Hours of waiting for the room you booked in advance. Room service? Nonexistent. The mini bar? Stocked with half-drunk bottles, and yes, they'll gleefully charge you for them anyway. Their restaurants serve food so bland and low-quality that calling it "edible" feels generous. Breakfast looked like a health inspection horror show, filthy, unsanitary, and clearly handled by people who've given up on life. The staff? A masterclass in rudeness and apathy. Ask for your room to be cleaned, and you'll get attitude, eye rolls, and maybe even a verbal lashing from housekeeping. And if by some miracle they do show up, don't expect the bed to be clean, ours had hair and actual blood stains. When we reported it, they refused to fix it. Refused. The water in the tub looked like it came straight from a sewer. It's not just unpleasant, it's unsafe. Whoever manages this circus should be ashamed. Hard Rock should remove their name from this embarrassment before it ruins what little reputation they have left. Final advice: run. Don't walk - run away from this disaster disguised as a hotel.

Every Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton would respond to their clients and let them know what options there are. They should have offered a move before Arriving or free cancellation and refund.
