The ticket office in Ibiza overcharged us for an extra child despite telling him his age - would not recommend travelling Ibiza by bus unless you're happy to pay for a rude & dangerous service. My cab ride from the Ibiza airport to my hotel in San Antonio was 37 euros... Wth, right? Well, I found out at my hotel the next day that the buses take you all over the island. The f! Well, now you benefit from my expensive lesson. 4 euros to and from the airport and 3 euros between Elvissa and San Antonio. During the day, most buses run on the hour and every 30 mins. Starting midnight, Discobuses become available and run all night until 6am; the route I used ran between San Antonio and Puerto de Ibiza and stopped at clubs in between: Privilege (not really a privilege), Amnesia (forgettable), and Pacha (Aoki tore it up!). There are other bus lines that go to other clubs like Ushuaia and Space. The pick up is at the same place as the drop-off. Such a convenient and safe way to go back to the hotel in San Antonio without bleeding dough. All buses leave on the hour (or every half hour) on the dot. The ticket must be purchased at the station if it's open; when it's closed at night, the ticket can be purchased onboard. Have fun, be safe, reduce your carbon footprint, and save money by taking the bus!

Their headquarters are in Castellón. Everything felt professional and well organised. The car was a ToyotaAygo. It was new, very clean, and in perfect condition. Ideal for driving around the island. Reasonable prices compared to other options at the airport. No unpleasant surprises. They provide a shuttle van from and to the airport. The drive takes about five minutes and was quick and easy both ways. Overall, a solid choice in Ibiza. I would use Record Go again without hesitation.

I'm only in Ibiza for two nights for work and part of the allure of coming out was to spend a lazy afternon drinking cocktails by the pool. But what pool? To make up for the lack of on-site swimming, the hotel offer a free shuttle bus down to a local beach club. It's nice of them, but sometimes a girl just needs the use of a sun lounger, the promise of cool, clear water and NO SAND! Amenities in the hotel are pretty good aside from the lack of a pool and no gym, with free fast wifi, TVs in each room and really nice bathrooms, plus my room had a lovely balcony looking out over the marina. The hotel breakfast was very pleasant to eat out there in the sunshine, but if I ever return to the Balearics a hotel with a swimming pool is essential for my happiness.

If you only want to enjoy Ibiza town though, this hotel is a bit far making cabs necessary as the local bus station is a bit away also. On the other hand it's very close to the bay where you can take boats to major famous beaches and sites, besides being walking distance from local trendy bars. The service is friendly but not very knowledgeable and the bed was not super comfortable. The annoying thing is the slot of dinner (only from 8 to 9.30pm), very short and limiting the guests a bit. At breakfast baguettes and hot chocolate are a must - very fresh - and cupcakes should be avoided as they taste a few days past their sell-by. At dinner, skip salads with lots of mayonnaise and go straight for the mains as there was plenty of fresh catch's of local fish and paella. The view from the room was great - the pool and hills of the bay. Ibiza in general is a must see! The cab to the airport costs about 30 euro.

Clubs are about a 10-15 cab ride, so splitting one between 3 others isn't so bad. Staff/Lobby: The staff working the lobby are really friendly and helpful. If you have questions as to which beach to go to, where the busses are, or which clubs to hit up, they have all the answers! They even sell club tickets here too. Room: Each room is labeled with a different country name and is decorated that way. We stayed in a 6-bed room with an attached bathroom. It comes with large sized lockers so we can fit even our 55l backpacks in there too (keys require a 10€ deposit). Since we weren't overlooking the street, we had a terrace connected to other rooms' terraces. Our room had plenty of outlets as well though I don't think that's standard across all rooms. The 5-bed room out other friend stayed at didn't have any outlets and also had a detached bathroom. Our bunk beds were pretty standard. Comes with pillow, linens and a small towel. I also noticed that for some guests, they had to switch rooms during their stay. Not sure why but it could get annoying if you had to switch more than once during your stay. Some people it was because they extended their stays, which makes sense. Breakfast/Food: Every morning there's free breakfast from 9-11AM. You can get a croissant, coffee and orange juice. For other meals, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostel has a kitchen so you can buy food from the market and cook it there. I would stay here again if I came back to Ibiza and wasn't looking to stay at a hotel! It had a laid back feel, which is just perfect when you're looking to hang out at the beach during the day and party it up at night!
