The falafel is made when you order them, not even pre "shaped", they will scoop them up and fry them when you order them. Real fresch! The pita was nothing special, its your regular pita, heated before you get it. When your falafel is fried and your pita is heatened, you get your falafel and you can put what ever salad you want for their salad bar. Eventhough its a self service saladbar, its fresh! Lots off different things and a few differet sauces aswell. I went for the tahini sauce which was really nice! My conclusion. One of the best falafels I've had and it only cost me €4,95 for a pita with 6-7 quite big falafel in it. Not five stars though, since the pita could have been better.
