The winter of 2026 I took the mower in for a yearly and was never notified of the status. On March 30, 2026 I called and picked it up. Six weeks later, May 15, 2026, the starter rope, which had been replaced, separated from the handle. I took the mower in for repair and was informed that FPLL no longer worked on Honda products, no longer was a Honda dealer, and could no longer get Honda parts. When I pointed out that the work was six weeks old and that I felt they had some level of responsibility for their work, they repeated they could not get parts. I asked if it needed parts and the rep agreed to look at it but it would be 2 weeks. Over 2 weeks later I called, they had done nothing and that I had been advised that they no longer worked on Honda products. When I asked why I didn't receive a call and wasted two weeks he replied that I had "gotten smart with their rep. just like l was being with him". I assured him that my next purchase, and any to follow would not be with FPLL to which he replied "Take it to Jones Honda". If he'd have said that two weeks earlier I wouldn't be writing this review.

I used to love working with these guys. I've bought a gator, a tractor, 3 lawnmowers and numerous…read moreother implements from this location over the years. These guys WERE great. In the past few months the service has deteriorated to nothing short of unacceptable. Today was the last straw, after charing $2k (They said it would be $1500 - plus they charge $59 for suing a credit card!) to fix the transmission on my 2 year old gator (next time I'll buy a Kybota), and telling me that a front tire I said had a slow leak was just fine, they returned it to my farm with a FLAT TIRE. They said they would take it back, but it would be a week before they could return it. I miss the old days when they at least tried to make things right.

So the saga continues... had a leak in a couple of hoses, and took my loader to an actual…read moreprofessional this time. As he was working on the machine. He noticed some interesting stuff. Since getting the loader back from Crown I maybe put a couple hours on the thing. So when the mechanics showed me the photos of the chain oil I just really could not believe what I saw. Now, understand this has been a horrible experience from the start with Crown. The GM even custed me out over the phone telling me my machine was just a piece of sh!t after spending literally thousands of dollars getting it supposedly fixed. So it really didn't surprise me to see what they had done, or better yet hadn't done. So when the chains broke on the side they were working on as I pulled it off the trailer at home. They were going to fix it they said. Little did I know they were going to leave the old oil with all the chewed up chain and flakes in the oil pan. I'm just really taken back that they have treated anyone this way. This was obviously done on purpose, and there is no way you could miss that. It's just pitiful. I'll include the pics as well for evidence, and I expect I'll get another good cusing out from the GM. But it's worth it to let the public know how horrible this company is.

I figured I'd give them another try,I went in today and waited for over 20 mins and no one waited on me. Multiple people looked at me but would not help me. I guess they didn't want to sell a $50,000 plus tractor. I'll never go in there again.
