The staff is the family that owns the farm. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, and the prices are good, especially considering how much you'd pay for these kinds of pumpkins in a major city. We were extremely disappointed at how little there was to do for people without kids and like no fun food or drinks. We paid $7 each just to enter and park essentially and we were in and out in like 10 min. And it's cash or check only at the door thankfully we had a checkbook in the car. We now live down the street and so glad we didn't drive hours to get here. It would be great for like 1-5 year olds who don't need a lot to entertain them. The animals are cute but with no where to wash your hands, that I saw, I didn't want to feed them. Also, I own a business so I'm all about supporting small businesses but $20+ for one pumpkin!!!! Yikes. Add that with $7 a head for admission and a family of 5 would easily spend $100. It wasn't bad it just wasn't for us but I hope other people with different expectations will enjoy and support them..
