The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! Highly recommend for any floor cleaning needs you may have!!

I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

Greg was able to get us in Thursday afternoon. This was a move-in clean, and some of the carpets were a bit stained and had some mildew. Greg called me back promptly to schedule, and also called me on his way to our home to be sure we were there (we hadn't moved in yet). He was very fair, and gave me the best price (he charges by the square foot or by the hour, giving you the best rate). It took him about 2 hrs to clean three large bedrooms and walk-in closets. After cleaning, he brushed out the carpets. They look amazing and the house smells bright and clean! Greg also followed up several days later to be sure I was happy. I have a new carpet cleaner in town, and I am thrilled. Nu-Mode also cleans area rugs, and will pick them up or clean them in place depending on consultation. I highly recommend Greg and Nu-Mode!

No question - they are the very best in rug and upholstery cleaning. Tons of experience. What impresses me the most is they genuinely want to do a good job. They want their customers to be satisfied. Then came back again to be sure I was satisfied. Then he came back to do the entire sofa. Which came out PERFECT. Point is, he made 3 trips to my house to be sure I would be a satisfied customer. I've been on the fence about writing this as I want to support local businesses whenever possible,…read morebut this was just too much. I used Easy Clean in early October to do a carpet @ my camp. They arrived on time. My issue is that these two guys arrived without masks and just walked right into my house! We are in a pandemic and these are guys who come in contact with many people on a daily basis, and they aren't masked up? When I asked the "lead" person about wearing a mask, he indicated that he is "very healthy, takes good care of himself, and has a great immune system" then proceeded to spew some Trump ignorance about the virus, along with some comments along the way about Liberals in Westford. We were on a tight timeline to close up for the winter, so we left the house and waited outside for them complete the work. Suffice to say I will never use them again!
