At that point noticed a large spill of oil from the fill spout down the engine block. Called and Brad and explained what was going on, took it back so they could clean the mess made by Ken. We know spills happen, but cleaning up after such a spill is the sign of someone who cares about the work that they do. I will definitely be back, but only if Ken does not do a simple oil change.
