Wish I could give zero *sigh*…read more If you're looking for a company that will curse you out when they make a mistake, look no further! They were very pleasant to deal with in person, but get them on the phone and the "customer service" is non existent. Initially claimed they don't deliver, which makes me question if they paid bots to write good reviews on their "delivery service" . But they made their lack of successful communication really clear when they told us if we had just paid them extra, then they would deliver the flowers to the funeral home instead. Ever delivered flowers to your own families funeral? Well if you'd like the chance and want to be treated poorly in the process, this is the place for you! Don't waste your time here, go to a flower shop that will treat you with kindness and uphold their policies.

I called this florist and spoke to a very nice lady (Ms. Terry) just at closing time 2 days before our celebration of life. I told her that I would be in the next day. The next day I arrived at the shop and was greeted by a gentleman who attempted to assist me. Shortly thereafter, a gentle voice came from the rear-saying "you are the gentleman who called yesterday. Ms. Terry selected colors that matched and complimented both my wife's urn and framed picture. Needless to say, I will use Arrow for all our future family needs.

We live out of state and this place is so great. I ordered a wreath for my moms headstone. Told them what I wanted , they asked the budget & had only a small delivery fee to take it there for me. They even offered to take a picture and send me when it was completed. The times we've been and picked up arrangements have always been beautiful. A little side note , there's a lot of little trinkets, gift ideas and home decor here too that we've gone home with many times. I'm grateful for them and will revisit as long as they're there.

I liked the colors in the Red, White and Blue standing spray but wanted a vase instead. The price point we chose was $150.00. The person on the phone was nice and courteous. Took my order and said they would text a picture of the completed flower arrangement. I received a picture and to my dismay it does not look like $150.00. After being told "the vase costs $25.00" and the my bouquet has "over 40 stems" and "Not going to argue with u bc I know the value of flowers I've been in this business for well over 6 years now." The only resolution was to deliver the flowers that look smaller than the $85 bouquet shown on their website. https://www.aflowercanflorist.com/sympathy.php As you can see from the pictures posted the $85 bouquet shown in the picture of the white flowers had the SAME vase and yet still more flowers. The $150 bouquet was considerably larger than our meager one provided by this company. I would not recommend doing business with "A Flower Can" unless you are walking in the store to make sure you are getting what you paid for because in this case we surely did not.
