A review from CA.... This place is one of the best little gems to find in a small town. My mom recently passed and we were looking for a flower shop for times when we visit. We live out of state and this place is so great. I ordered a wreath for my moms headstone. Told them what I wanted , they asked the budget & had only a small delivery fee to take it there for me. They even offered to take a picture and send me when it was completed. The times we've been and picked up arrangements have always been beautiful. A little side note , there's a lot of little trinkets, gift ideas and home decor here too that we've gone home with many times. After looking at the website I found flowers that I liked in the sympathy section for a funeral we would not be able to attend as my husband is currently stationed in Maryland. I liked the colors in the Red, White and Blue standing spray but wanted a vase instead. The price point we chose was $150.00. The person on the phone was nice and courteous. Took my order and said they would text a picture of the completed flower arrangement. I received a picture and to my dismay it does not look like $150.00. After being told "the vase costs $25.00" and the my bouquet has "over 40 stems" and "Not going to argue with u bc I know the value of flowers I've been in this business for well over 6 years now." The only resolution was to deliver the flowers that look smaller than the $85 bouquet shown on their website. https://www.aflowercanflorist.com/sympathy.php As you can see from the pictures posted the $85 bouquet shown in the picture of the white flowers had the SAME vase and yet still more flowers. The $150 bouquet was considerably larger than our meager one provided by this company. I would not recommend doing business with "A Flower Can" unless you are walking in the store to make sure you are getting what you paid for because in this case we surely did not. read more

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I'm planing a gender reveal for Sunday This business is normally closed on Sunday and they are going to open just for me to fill our balloon. My boyfriend has ordered many times from here for me. Usually I get sunflowers and red roses. They looked great but this time I got white roses and sunflowers. We asked for not so much green filler. When we got there it was mostly green and so we gave it back for her to take some out. She failed to notice that the sunflowers were dying. My boyfriend paid her $66 for six white roses and six sunflowers. The roses were beautiful but the sunflowers were so beyond ugly. They were for my birthday and I honestly just want to throw them away. Very disappointed in this shop. What I ended up with was not $66 worth. Flowers were ugly and so are their prices. read more

I use 1800flowers fairly often, however this time I could not have been more disappointed in the quality of the arrangement that was delivered from A Flower Can. I understand that sometimes the florist has to substitute flowers if they are unavailable. That did not seem to be the issue. The type of flowers were present. Although I ordered the "large" arrangement, what was actually delivered is even smaller than the "small" arrangement that was offered and they were displayed poorly. I called and spoke to Klynna, the manager at a Flower Can. She seemed to be in a bad mood from the word hello and annoyed that I bothered calling. I explained my disappointment, to which she angrily explained what percentage they get from 1800flowers and said "I'm not going to do anything about it". She called me "crazy" and spoke to me as if I had never seen a floral arrangement before. I understand that we all have our bad days. These flowers were meant for my dear friend who broke her femur a few days ago and is recovering in the hospital. My friend is 92. I was upset about the delivery, but explained my concerns calmly until Klynna's temper escalated. I thought she hung up on me...then she laughed that I was still there. Then she DID hang up on me. What happened to customer service or even just being nice on the phone? What happened to showing a little pride in your workmanship? It was odd to me that she chose to bash 1800flowers, the very company that gave her my business, instead of offering to make good on a bad product. read more
