A picture is posted on their website of what you can expect. There is no description or even list of what flowers will be included, just a picture. It was a surprise when my husband sent a picture of what looked like a poorly designed arrangement that a kid through together (see pictures). I called up, explained why I was upset and after about 10 minutes of banter she finally provided adequate customer service. The thing is, if you are promoting and boasting about how you are the #1, best florist in the area- you need to back it up with results. The customer should never have to tell the manager or owner how to fix their product. We paid approximately $160-$170 in two arrangements, look at the picture of what I got and compare it to their site. All in all, she kept her word and fixed it immediately. The arrangement looked much better and reflected the cost.

I tried calling one of the numbers on the website and got an answer, I talked to a guy who said his name was Dylan (probably fake) told him my issue then "Dylan" claimed "oh, I'm at my 2nd job, I'll call Matt and tell him to call you." Surprise, Surprise, no one ever called.I tried calling the numbers for several days and no one answers or calls roll directly into VM. Tried sending an email to the one listed on website. Guess what? It is an invalid email, it just bounces back. I checked my CC statement and found the charge went to a company called Cattails and Calla Lillies and it has a different phone number, that number is no good too. I've filed a dispute with my CC company and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. Don't know if I'll get my money back, however, I hope it will prevent others from falling prey to these criminals.
