The employees are kind and and helpful depending on what you ask them- some of them are probably under experienced so don't be too hard on them. The movie experience is wonderful as in It's Worth theater ticket. It's really loud but it doesn't hurt your ears. The picture on the big screen is amazing. It is what you would expect of a typical movie theater. Make sure you watch their prices though so you can get a good deal. I believe they offer a senior discount but don't take my word on it.

I liked that the seats aren't in one single long row like typical theatres but are broken up into smaller sections (no more interruptions when other people need to scoot by to use the restroom/leave. The pre-movie ads are actually pleasant and they don't delay the start time of the movie. The theatre has cute lights in the shape of flowers on the ceiling and I believe there are vintage movie posters on the back wall. The facilities seemed clean from what I saw. They don't show the latest releases but do have some recognizable movies (ex: they're showing 80s movies on Tuesdays right now and will be showing Whiplash later this year I think). The Confucius Institute at U of I also screens Chinese movies here sometimes. I only paid $6 for my ticket...very reasonably priced! The audio was a bit too loud (only noticeable when the soundtrack of the movie came on) but other than that, I had a great experience. I'll definitely be back for more shows. Add them on Facebook for the latest updates! Also, you can rent their marquee space for things like birthday wishes, proposals, etc...such a cute idea!

The screen is big enough and I was told that this theater has a super Dolby Atmos sound system (so you'll feel the floor rumbling lol!). In addition, the manager and individuals that work here are so friendly and willing to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. Should not give the it the right to charge outrageous prices for tickets and snacks. In addition, they charge 12 years and up as adults yet, those same being charged as adults need an actual adult (18 yr old) to accompany them to a R rated film. You would think that with all that profit margin they would at least keep a comfortable temperature in the place. It was cold as hell in our movie. This all re-affirm waiting for it to come on tv. When I was there it only had a few people. Must have got the memo late. It will definitely be another long while before I return. I would rather travel to Pendleton and see something there than spend a small fortune here.
