Martin Stadium, nestled in the beautiful Palouse Hills of Pullman and Eastern Washington. During home football weekends, many Cougs (who are salt of the earth, good people) gather around into Martin Stadium and watch their exciting squad, led by Mike Leach, march up and down the field in glorious fashion. I love watching games in Martin Stadium. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Want to go to the bathroom or get something to eat? No worries, it takes no time to get out to the concourse. If I had one complaint, it would be trying to get a beer at Cougville at half time. But, that's not Martin Stadium's fault. That's Gameday staff's fault. So Gameday and Cougville staff, if you read reviews online, please get your ish together. It's already challenging to get to Pullman for most people. Reward these die hard folks by fixing the issue.

Cougars, Class of 2005!

And that's another COUGAR first down! Did you know: Martin Stadium is one of the only places on earth visible from space? Or so it's rumored. It's a tough field. "Following a 10-3 season and an undefeated home campaign in 2003, Martin Stadium was ranked by Sports Illustrated as one of the toughest stadiums for visiting teams in college football." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Stadium And yes, by tough, I also mean the fans in the seats. Ya herd?! Go COUGS! ______________________2/1/2008______________________ Update: Have you ever run steps at Martin Stadium? Yes? Until your legs gave out? Yes? How about while your crew coach is yelling at you- "THIS IS NOT A MALL WALK, GIRL! MOVE YOUR ASS!" No, not like that? Try it, it makes you remember your college career in a whole different way.

Dads Birthday!

It is wonderful to see what has been done with this beautiful stadium. I remember growing up in Pullman that it was a highlight of my day to walk up to campus and run the stairs. The stadium wasn't so glitzy then. No private booths a lot less seating and no national televised coverage. Just a simple structure for the college and high school games. We also didn't have a gorgeous bronze cougar at the entrance. We had a cougar in a cage that they brought out during the football games. I like the fact that they don't do that anymore. Everything changes and it's nice to see these changes for the better for everyone to enjoy!

Tremendous atmosphere. Small town. Seems all the fans know one another. Easy parking. Great concessions. As loyal a fanbase as there is. Not a bad seat in the stadium.

Home for cougar football. Right on the middle of campus, the way college football should be. The pilgrimage to Pullman is a must for cougs

Went to every home game this past season (2015) and the atmosphere there is the type that makes you want to come back every year of my life.

I've seen better football stadiums in high school. The tailgating is a hassle.

I ventured here for a women's basketball game to see Native American basketball phenoms Shoni…read moreSchimmel and her sister Jude. They were on the Louisville Cardinal's team and were in town to play WSU. The game was pretty awesome, and went down to the last minute. Shoni did not disappoint. Her teams offense was clearly run through her, and this made it hard for her to totally dominate the game, but she was able to make her entire team better, and ultimately too much for the Cougs. As for the Stadium, it's a decent little venue. I've actually been to this Stadium a few times. The WSU annual pow wow (known as the Pah-Loots-Pu Celebration) is also held at this venue in April. I managed to grab some decent general admission seats fairly close to courtside for the Schimmel game. There are food options here, and also a WSU gift store as well. I highly applaud organizations of WSU for putting together a great evening of basketball and culture. I ended up parking just outside the Stadium on a nearby street (didn't pay). I definitely plan on coming back here if the Schimmel sisters are here again, or for a pow wow.

Beasley Coliseum, home of Cougar basketball and the like!…read more Beasley is a pretty decent venue and pretty adaptable. The majority of the time I'm in the coliseum is for basketball, especially now that the season has started up again! For most games there is plenty of seating but if you want a seat closer to the action rather than in the upper tiers, it's best to arrive earlier rather than later. Zzu Cru of course, has first priority and get into games half an hour (I believe) before everyone else (if they're wearing their Zzu Cru shirt). One of the few games I've seen that the seats have been packed are the men's basketball games against University of Washington. I was literally in the last row of the upper section. Still had a pretty good view though. One of the more recent additions to the coliseum is the big screen in the center of the arena. It has pretty nice visuals and it's nice to have the scoreboard in the center like that. Plus it's great for instant replays that you may have missed. The aesthetics of the coliseum have been improved upon as well, I noticed the other day that there are new graphics spanning around the arena with the fight song lyrics. It looks pretty snazzy! I've also been to concert in Beasley, it was the Blues Brothers when they came for Dad's Weekend a few years ago, they had one end of the coliseum set up with the stage and seats on the floor. It was a pretty decent show (and fun for someone who grew up with them). A couple times a year they also turn the outer walkway area into a space for vendors for craft fairs and plant sales. It's pretty nice to just do an indoor loop to check out all the stands. Beasley also has an awesome cougar logo on the top...although you can only see it by air or photo.
