This is a very long overdue review. We started our daughter in ECA when she was just 4 months, and she will be leaving ECA next summer/fall when she starts kindergarten. She has been to almost every classroom and has been taught by all the teachers and staff. You know the staff really cares about my daughter as they all know her by name. Although there was initially more turnover when she started, it seems to have become more steady and there is a longer-lasting relationship with the teachers. We didn't necessarily seek out the bilingual aspect of ECA when looking for a daycare, but I am thankful of the opportunity for my daughter to learn the Chinese language and culture even though we don't speak Mandarin at home. She surprises me with the amount she knows. Looking back, they were a bit more strict during the COVID years, but this is much appreciated as a parent. Although my daughter eventually did contract COVID, it was only at the peak of Omicron that it occurred. They had safety measures that straddled the line of being cautious but also fair to working families. The management has been communicative and transparent. When we have questions or concerns, they are always taken seriously and are open to feedback. We have been very happy with our experience here and don't hesitate to recommend other families to consider ECA. read more

My child turns 5 this year, and will be moving out of ECA only because... they don't offer Kindergarten. If they did, we would have probably stayed. He has been in ECA for over 2 yrs and we've loved how much he's grown at his time here. I have two kids, and older one was sent to a different Daycare as ECA was not available at his time, and I can truly say that ECA has exceeded our expectations on what a daycare can and should provide your little one during their prime years. My son at ECA has learned how to take care of himself, clean up after himself, manners, and properly greeting etiquette. We do not speak mandarin at home, so seeing him be able to pick up so much from school has been so heart warming and amazing. We feel that ECA has done much more, along the lines of controlled learning. Not does he only have free play, but they really do believe that learning about the outside world is just as important. He's learned about continents, the 5 oceans, the solar system. And not only does he learn them in English, he's learned them in Mandarin as well. He has been given the ability to practice his cutting, pasting, writing letters, and number... but he's also been given the experience to learn how to make dumplings, and moon cake with his peers. The art that they do is also tied in to the subjects they are learning... which is how it should be done. They get to see, hear, and do.. which is essential in active learning. We don't speak mandarin at home. And being able to watch my child read mandarin words, sing mandarin songs, and reply to his teachers in mandarin... has been amazing. I can truly say that he speaks better mandarin than I can now. I've added a video to my review as a small sample of how much my son has learned reading Chinese at ECA. Also, once they are in pre-k, there are some days, where your kid gets to bring home, homework (not mandatory). Haha if that's your thing. My child loved it. And was proud to do the work "all by himself". I truly believe my little one has been able to grow a lot from ECA. And we're really happy about the staff, and the head school, Jenny. They have less turn over rates than our prior daycare, and the staff really seem to enjoy their time with the kids. The cameras are also always a nice touch to ease any parent's anxiety. Thank you ECA! read more

Our daughter has been in ECA for almost 2 years, and she loves it. I still remember her first day, we were so worried whether she could get used to the school because it was her first time, and we kept checking the camera(yes, parents have access to see what is going on in the classroom!). She was so cozy and comfortable in the classroom! And she was looking forward to school every day! Now after 2 years, she will graduate from ECA this June! Looking at her daily photos provided by the teacher, I really appreciate the teachers who encourage and nurture her and make her become more confident, polite and socialized, which I believe will benefit her lifelong. read more

Eastside Children's academy is a wonderful place for our kids to grow and learn Chinese. My wife is Vietnamese and I'm an American born Chinese and we were looking for a place where our 2 girls could gain some exposure to and learn Chinese. We found ECA and after touring the facility we enrolled starting with our 3 year old and later our 1.5 year old. Our 3 year old was there for just under 2.5 years until she graduated to kindergarten and our younger girl is still there. I would highlight 3 things about this school that are really great. 1. They really learn a lot - not just Chinese (which they actually do) and a bunch of other stuff too. There's definitely a cirriculum and tons of art projects and lesson plans and the teachers really try hard to teach them about a variety of topics including science, math, reading, and Chinese + Chinese culture. My older daughter started without speaking or understanding much Chinese at all since we don't speak at home - after 2.5 years she speaks basic chinese that I can have full on simple conversations with her. A great foundation for growing upon. My younger daughter is on the same course and am excited where she'll be after more like 3.5-4 years at school. 2. The teachers and staff are all really great and I genuinely feel like they love the kids. Every teacher regardless of what class seems to know both my girls and greet them happily everyday. All the other staff at the school seem to know them as well. Jenny, the owner, is super nice and caring and knows all the kids and parents names and is very cheerfully greeting everyone everyday. I really feel that the staff actually love our kids and our kids love their teachers too. 3. Very easygoing and accommodating. Not a lot of rules. The rules that they do have are reasonable and not overly strict in a way that's annoying. They are pragmatic. They also handled COVID quite well, being more strict when needed. Overall I'd highly recommend this school. We very happy having our kids grow here. Thank you ECA! read more

Throughout the pandemic, I heard story after story from my friends with children that their schools or daycare centers were having uncontrolled covid outbreaks where it seemed parents and children were left in the dark. I am so grateful that ECA is NOT one of those schools. Since day 1 they have been 100% transparent in their communication. They always had a plan laid out, and their expectations were clear. They would inform us if there was a positive case reported, require all children have a negative PCR test prior to returning, and if additional positive cases were discovered, the classroom would close. They would review every test result to ensure the safety of students and staff. Our daughter's classroom did have to close once for a period of 1 week, due to 3 positive covid cases. It would have been dramatically more, had the school kept the classroom open and/or did not require additional testing. They kept our daughter safe, and I would say that their pandemic response has been top notch and there is no better school out there in this regard. Our pre-k child loves going to school at ECA (the curriculum is robust, she loves her teachers and friends) and we are truly saddened that she will need to move on to kindergarten in the fall. We have so much love and respect for Jenny (the owner) and Jill (the director). We highly recommend ECA. read more

Our two kids have been in ECA for over a year now and we've had a wonderful experience so far. The teachers and staff are exceptional, and it's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and education of every child in their care. The language immersion program has been great, and we've seen our children's language skills grow tremendously since they started attending. It's amazing to see them start speaking it at home and understanding it in different contexts. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. We started here during the pandemic and we especially appreciated the extra efforts of the staff to keep a safe and hygienic environment for the children. The regular updates and communication about what the kids are learning and how they're doing is also a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this daycare/preschool to any parents looking for a language immersion program. The teachers and staff are top-notch, and the clean and welcoming environment provides an excellent foundation for young children's learning and development. read more

"Mama is it school day?" my little girl asked me everyday the moment she wakes up. This is how much she looks forward to go to school! We enrolled our child over a year ago at ECA. We are attracted to ECA as it offers a bilingual (Mandarin/English) classroom environment. My husband and I grew up in a such a school setting and we wanted the same for our child. Initially, I was hesitant to send her back to school. After all, we are still in a pandemic. However, the strict safety and health measures ECA took made us have confidence that our family and community will stay healthy. We are very happy with the COVID precautions the school have in place. My child started school with no knowledge of mandarin. We speak English at home. Not going to lie, it took 2 months for her to adjust to school (after a break of 1 year at home). She started Preschool in Ms Julia's class. Ms Julia is patient and firm. She learnt alot of mandarin words, poems and songs. She grew alot during this time - She is now able to speak Mandarin fluently in full sentences! Now in PreK, Ms Wu, Ms Yvonne engage the children in many hands on activities. The assistant teachers, Mr B, Ms Ling Ling and Ms Bin (too many to name) are caring and making sure the children are kind to each other. I just wished they have K classes too so my child can enjoy another year here :) read more

Our experience with ECA was very unpleasant. After reading the good reviews , touring the school campus and speaking with the teacher, we decided to enroll our 3 years old son to ECA's Preschool program around mid-February. We were specifically looking for a good preschool and not a daycare ,where our son could start early learning and socializing with other kids and teachers. Within 1 week of joining, their new Preschool teacher stopped coming to school for reasons unknown to us. From 1st week of March, due to increasing number of Covid-19 cases in this area, all preschool kids in the new class stopped coming. Hence, our son was put into a combined classroom with other smaller kids which soon turned out to be more like a day care instead of a preschool class. Around 2nd week of march , we got to know from the social media post of one of ECA's teacher, that she had been very sick (taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen for 3 long weeks) and yet was reporting to work at that time, when social distancing was/is of optimal importance. Followed by this, considering many factors (some serious symptoms showing up) she stopped coming to school. In her post she also implored every parent to keep their kids at home, which is the sanest and most responsible suggestion any person would provide at a time when even the governor had clearly stated "if you are sick stay at home" in case symptoms related to the flu develops (mild-severe). Following this incident we decided to stop sending our son to ECA, because we felt cheated to say the least. Had it not been for the social media post, we would have kept sending our little one, without any notification from the school authority whatsoever. We got some email communication from ECA regarding starting "online classes" on Zoom just few days before the monthly payment was due and got hopeful that they will start the preschool classes. However, the online classes never happened. Hence, ECA took 1 month advance security deposit and 1 month school fees without providing any pre school classes. Besides, there were other issues with the daily report ECA used to send which was difficult to understand and often incorrect. All in all my child's first time experience of going to this school and our experience of sending him to one turned out to be so sour that we are still in a dilemma to consider other options. Attached are the screenshots of the public post from where we came to know that one of the teachers was reporting to school in spite of being sick and taking medicine for 3 weeks. In spite of the clear directions from schools to stay at home in case someone is sick, teachers and staff themselves failed to follow the guidelines. That gives a very wrong signal to parents leading to trust issues in the administration and its safety protocols . Any sane person will be shocked to read such a post and realize that there is a potential risk of sending their kids to such an unsafe place where the basic health safety guidelines are not followed. Moreover, the complete lack of empathy from the owner towards this incident compelled us to withdraw our son from ECA. We felt, if they can't understand such basic concerns , how will they be compassionate towards our kids and handle them accordingly? read more

Unfortunately I can't recommend this daycare. On our way to pick up our 4 month old daughter, we looked at the video in her room. We had witnessed the teacher in our daughters room pull her by the arm to move her closer to her instead of going over and picking her up. UPDATE: Responding to the owner-I assure you this is the correct school. My daughter was there in May-June 2019. I have emails from the incident where you acknowledge the incident that I can post as well. read more

Eastside Children's just opened in 2019 but we could not have been happier with our experience here. Our son, who is 17 months old at the time of this review, has flourished with the excellent care and development he has received from his teachers and the school lead, Jenny. The school goes above and beyond to ensure parents feel comfortable leaving their kids each morning. The drop-off experience differs for every parent, but it has been much easier for us than expected. The classrooms have 1-2 instructors per 8 children. The rooms are big with a lot of toys, and the meals provided to the children are healthy. Our son loves the food he eats every day. They have two large playgrounds outside with great big toys for the kids, and a gym for the rainy days inside. We feel lucky to have found this daycare online. From Ms. Rosa, our child's main teacher, to Jenny, everyone is kind and welcoming and our son is always happy and healthy at school. For extra security, there is a great check-in and check-out process for each child. You also receive daily reports in your child which always brings a smile to my face. After lots of searching for a good daycare, we feel lucky we found ECA. I would highly recommend it! read more

I'm a parent of two and have experienced different types of changes in different daycare. I'm a fan of ECA as I think the staff has been accommodating to our family's needs. Our two girls are healthy, ordinary toddlers that likes to be active and being challenged. Our parental belief is that people in this business has handled way more different types of parents, kids and needs than we have, as a parent of two rather healthy and simple kids. We are not ones to check cameras but we do read the daily reports. We moved to ECA when we realized they offer bilingualism. I moved my english-only 5yr old from her first daycare to ECA. I enrolled my 3yr old in ECA as her first school. My biggest concern for my eldest is being challenged and picking up Chinese. In her previous daycare, she was getting bored and the curriculum was repeating for her. Because ECA was fairly small and new, they were able to keep her challenge. Upon her graduation, Ms. Cheng even helped her setup a little graduation party where my eldest was the planner of the event - decor, itinerary, speeches, the whole 9 yards. All of this I think would not have happened if she was in her old daycare. For my youngest, she is independent and will not respond to authority. :) She is a feisty little 3 year old. She went from a non-participant of the classroom to now a full participant. She reports what she learns and tells me if she's having fun. She recites chinese poems to me that I have never heard of. She somehow can spell her friends' name, good with letters, tumbling in dizzy buses and excited about her show-and-tell. This took months of working with her at school and offschool but we are getting somewhere. :) I can tell that the teachers and supporters in the school love her and she enjoys her time at ECA a lot. She will likely spend the next two years in ECA, it will be very interesting for me to see how she develops and if she continues to be challenged. read more

We enrolled our infant daughter at ECA starting at 4 months old and I can not recommend highly enough. The facility is so clean, bright, and engaging. The teachers are all extremely friendly, caring, and attentive to my daughter's needs. The director, Jenny, is very involved and always available to answer questions or voice any concerns. Being a first-time mom amidst Covid-19 has been very challenging, but ECA has gone above and beyond to put my mind at ease. There is no doubt that my daughter is flourishing thanks to the exceptional care she receives at ECA. read more

I have my 5 year old girl and 16 months boy in ECA and this review is primarily for my 5 year old. Our main motivation to send my 5 year old to ECA is because they offered bilingual experience which was very important for us. We were hoping our 5 year old was able to converse daily in mandarin but but was pleasantly surprise that she was able to pick up and read a bunch of Chinese characters. Although language was our main goal I am very happy to see that my daughter is enjoying her time there. She did not take long to acclimatize and has engaged very quickly with the class activity and is enjoying it a lot. She actually complained once why she couldn't go to school during a long weekend. Ms. Cheng has clearly been a positive influence for our daughter. Jenny has also been very accommodating which being the business owner is a plus. When our 16 months boy started ECA I appreciate Jenny comforting my wife as the first week transition was a challenge. I will write a follow up review for my 16 month old after he has spent a couple more months in ECA as he has just started. read more

Amazing teachers and staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It's wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare everyday. The teachers really make efforts to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is greatly committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we're very thankful to Jenny and the whole team at ECA. I highly recommend ECA for parents who are looking for a trusted daycare in east side. read more

ECA and Ms Wendy have been a godsend for our son. We took a while to eventually decide to get him into a daycare due to the pandemic, so he's never really been in a social setting for any extended period of time. Ms Wendy was extremely patient and diligent in transitioning him into the classroom, and it feels like a great partnership between her, ECA, and us. The facility and their professionalism are absolutely top-notch, but more importantly this is a daycare that we really trust. It's not easy to simply send our child to full-time care without wondering about how it may turn out, but through the transition period and consistent ongoing focus, looking back we really didn't need to hesitate at all. Over time, it has been a remarkable positive influence for our son due to Ms Wendy's continuing dedication to individual development. One of the most key aspects is that we are always listening and learning from each other. We really cannot recommend ECA enough - we feel blessed each day that we have a trusted place to have our son spend a lot of his pivotal development time in each day. read more

My wife and I toured several daycare facilities in Bellevue, this was the ONLY place that we felt good about taking care of our daughter. The facility is brand new, clean, and bright (some of the places we toured literally smelled like a barn). The providers and staff are VERY attentive to our child's needs and cues, and even providers who don't care for her on a daily basis know her name. It's comforting to have the app where we can see video of the classroom! Knowing that we (and grandmas/grandpas!) can see our little toddler at any point in the day we want is extraordinarily comforting for us new parents. This is also one of the ways we can clearly see the providers' dedication to their charges. The Owner/Head of School is intimately integrated into the daily routine of the Academy; it is really wonderful to know and so clearly observe that she takes such a hands-on approach to the care of the kids. She's on the "front lines," getting to know the kids, and it also means she can observe the providers' interactions to ensure they are up to her standards. I tend to be skeptical by nature, and ECA has exceeded my expectations to a great degree. I would STRONGLY encourage any prospective parents to take a close look at ECA for the care of their kids. As first time parents, my wife and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving our daughter in the care of strangers. Over the last several months, ECA very quickly assuaged any concerns we had. We are absolutely thrilled with the experience she (and we!) are having with this awesome care provider, and the growth our daughter is experiencing here is palpable. read more

We have 2 children currently enrolled at ECA, a 3 yo and a 15 mo, since August. While a short period of time, our children both love the school and we are happy with the administration, the teachers and the environment. The administration has always been responsive to our needs and careful of the safety of the children. The children clearly love learning from the teachers, who are transparent in their development and needs. Finally, the school clearly takes care to create an enriching place for kids to learn and play. COVID has made things difficult for childcare centers across the country. We believe ECA has taken the appropriate steps to provide a safe, enriching environment for our children. Highly recommend ECA! read more

our experience at Eastside Children Academy infant classroom is amazing i have been wanting to write a review but life is just so busy. Ms.katherine has been the best infant teacher we had. she is a very caring, sweet, selfless person, she knows what she is doing, I love how she is very clean with the classroom, with babies, she is a very organized, very detail teacher. I am amazed by how she can manage the class with 4 babies by her self. she is loved by so many parents from what I have heard. my husband and I are so pleased with the way she takes good care of our son. our son is happy, safe and clean all the time with her care. she is an amazing teacher and we just hope that she is well taken care of so that she stays because she is a great asset to the school. we adore her very kind, honest teacher. very smart. she knows her infants I have so much say to her. i am just so, please unfortunately, we have to pull out because we are moving we are sad but that's not important what's important is this teacher needs to be credited for being an extraordinary teacher. read more

This is a very nice daycare in Bellevue and we are very happy we chose this daycare for our daughter. Our daughter joined when she was just 4 months old and they took very good care of her. They have live streaming, so you can always see what your child is doing. Facilities are clean and very well maintained. Teachers give attention to all children and try their best to follow parents instructions and special requests for every child. Our daughter really liked her lead teacher Ms. Katherine. She is really great with kids and we are grateful to her for all her efforts. They made a very nice transition plan, when our daughter was ready to move to the next class, so she didn't had any problems adjusting to the new class environment. The entire staff is very friendly and we liked the overall environment at ECA. Highly recommend this daycare. read more

We found ECA after a lot of research for our then 2-year old son. We were looking for a facility that was empathetic to the children and had good staff to help my child develop at this crucial age. After visiting about 8 different daycare centers in and around Bellevue (including the franchise ones that are so highly rated by some), we chose ECA because of the staff and the neat/tidy classrooms that were massive. The student-teacher ratio was also very good. The downside, as we saw, was that the daycare was new and it was possible that the management might not be as well-oiled as the other centers. We still went ahead with ECA since the staff seemed to know how to run a daycare (they were all very experienced). We were right to choose ECA for our son. Our son has been going to ECA since May 2019 and we couldn't be happier. The teachers at ECA take special care and he has bonded so well with all of them. He enjoys his time at the classes so much that he is all smiles when he is taken to the daycare in the morning. The daycare has a continuous video feed from the classroom that we use to check in on him from time to time. He is a picky eater and the teachers take good care of him by giving him alternatives if he doesn't eat the main meals. He is especially inseparable from Miss Hill who leads his class and takes great care of him. She is a very empathetic person who understands his needs and helps him immensely. She has given us insights into his development and his communication style which has been very helpful at home. The owner and director have been very helpful during the birth of our second child in accommodating for my son during my wife's labor. We needed an early drop-off and an alternate person to pick him up. The process was very easy and it helped reduce anxiety during a crunch time for us. The daycare is very conveniently located and has ample parking space. The classrooms are new and very tidy. The play areas are nice and huge. They have an indoor play area for really cold days. Apart from the continuous video feed, they use a system to publish daily reports that can send real-time notifications of events that are happening. We have found this to be useful in tracking what our son ate and how long he slept in the daycare. I will recommend this place happily to anyone who is looking for a daycare in the Bellevue area. read more

A fantastic daycare center at Bellevue Downtown. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews but this place deserves a five star. This place is so hidden and you cannot tell there is a daycare center from the street. I feel lucky that I heard about this place from a local community. My kid went to the older infant class (12m-18m). Miss Tanya is very caring and patient. She is willing to hold the kids for a long time until they calm down. She also responded to them whenever the little ones asked for hugs. My child bounded with Tanya very well and quickly stopped crying at the time of drop off. Their teacher/kids ratio of this class is 1:4 - the best I can find in all daycares for this age group. Parents are encouraged to bring milk/formula and home made food. Classrooms are very clean. Director Jenny is also very helpful and flexible. I like their web cam which allows me to see my child and know how things are going. Overall, I am happy with this place. read more

I cannot praise ECA enough. My daughter has been attending ECA since the beginning of this year and she loves it. All of the teachers are thoughtful and wonderful. We always have the opportunity to have a conference with them to get updates or discuss any of our concerns. The schedule is very reliable and well suited for working parents. Breakfast and lunch provided. The staff's overall competence was demonstrated during Covid, when they quickly developed a plan to reconfigure the school, without compromising safety or education. They have been super adaptable to these changing times. Great school! read more

ECA has been an incredibly supportive, positive and educational experience for our granddaughter. The staff brings their best selves to school every day. Our granddaughter has learned a tremendous amount - from how to interact successfully with fellow children, how to be patient, and even how to sing "Happy Birthday" in Chinese. The academy's purpose -- to provide the highest caliber of support -- shines through in all that they do. They have navigated the unpredictable Covid situation with compassion, flexibility and regular communication with families. We feel very blessed to be there, and would not hesitate to recommend ECA. read more

My children starting attending ECA in the fall after being at a different daycare for two years. I was very concerned on how they would adjust in a new school especially since it was Chinese immersion. I am pleased to report back that they are thriving and doing very well. It has been great to see how quickly they are learning a new language and adapting very quickly. Their teacher and administration has shown care and thoughtfulness on their approach as if their own children attend. Jenny (Director) mentioned that she opened the school with her kids in mind on what she would have wanted to see. I really appreciate her openness to feedback and concern since I'm sure it's hard to please all parents. She takes my suggestions into consideration and follows up in a timely manner. The communication and transparency is key to me. I want to feel like I know how my kids are doing in every aspect, emotionally, socially and academically. They also have cameras, Procare app and extracurricular activities such as soccer and Webby dance. I look forward to the reports and photos sent throughout the day! read more

(Yelp hides my review, so post it again here. it is not the first time, so feel like they are doing this intentionally for their own business) Before we decided to take our son to ECA, we did a lot of research around Bellevue and Issaquah. We visited several franchised and independent ones, many of them also have great environments, and very well-equipped , but my son felt more relaxed and had better interaction with teachers when we visited ECA. So we decided to take a chance as it just opened a year ago, but so far we are very happy with our choice after one-month. The school owner is very approachable (yes, you can find her anytime at school) and willing to help (she even helped soothe our son for the first week when he did not sleep at nap time), and teachers (Rosa and Borgi) always take care the kids with heart&love. There is also one thing we observed differently from other schools during our school tours: kids at ECA seems happier and more relaxed, and we heard less high-decibel scream. Day one of our son was no-sleep&eat, but now We believe it is actually the great part of involving the growth of a new school. It is like a newly-established small community, and we have full chance to know everyone there, make requests without long waiting time and multi-level approvals, and together share a place where we can hand-off our kid confidently. We fully recommend ECA. Also would like to mention other things we like: * Very comprehensive daily reports * In-room cam * Singing, dancing, drawing pictures, water playing, bubble time etc. read more

ECA is a great childcare center. Our daughter (now almost 3) has attended ECA since she was an infant. The care provided to her has always been loving and attentive. The facility is great and we particularly like being able to "pop in" on the camera's to see what's going on. ECA's owner has always been responsive to any feedback we have and clearly cares deeply about the well being of the kids enrolled there. Considering the quality of the care and the center itself, I think the tuition is reasonable. read more

The teacher Bogi has no accountability for her actions. My son's hand was hurt due to her carelessness, and she placed children on time out even though the daycare has a policy against it. I caught this on the camera. Time out for a 15 month old doesn't work. Jen, the owner supports and defends this teacher at all costs even though the video supports the complaint. Forget about Jen making any corrections or holding her staff accountable. She doesn't. She will cover for this teacher and say it didn't happen. Then she will push the parent to take their child out of the day care. Instead of trying to help the child she covers up for this teacher. No accountability. And, both teacher and her, will also blame the child for anything wrong the teacher does. How is it good or helpful for the child to be placed restrained on a chair for about 30 minutes? How is it helpful to placed children strapped on a chair for time out? Is not, is child abuse. If your child is constantly crying while here -listen to your child and take the child out of this daycare. Is not "normal" for a child to be crying half the day. Something is done wrong by them if your child is crying this much. read more

Our 2 years old daughter has been going to this school for around 6 months now, we are extremely happy with the school. First of all, they use the best of technologies: parents are allowed to access classroom cameras, there is also daily report system available with details of the activities of your kids, they also use fingerprint to login. Secondly, each classroom are very well organized, there is enough activities and learning throughout the day. Thirdly, the teachers are very well trained. Most of the teachers came from BH. Given the tuition fees are much lower here, I believe this is a much better value for the $ you pay. They also provide nutritious meals made by professional chef and great snacks. This saves us a lot of time and troubles. They also provide little birthday cake with specially made cakes for your kid. One more important thing to mention is most of the parents here are well educated, a lot of them are working in Tech industry. This allows good influences for your kids. Lastly, bilingual is obviously a huge advantage for your kids. But even if you don't speak Chinese at home, the kids would not be in trouble given the classroom setup. read more
