My friend made a phone call to this place to find out the qualifications to obtain a loan today…read more And the young lady that answered the phone does not need to work on customer service I can tell by her tone and condescending attitude that she displayed on the phone that it would not be a good advisement for anybody to get in any type of business with her she single-handedly ruining this company. I understand they all are franchises but this is one franchise that I would not franchise with until customer service change because right now I'm at a vulnerable point and I'm trying to ask for assistance but her attitude will make me stay at my vulnerable point and not even want to do business with anybody.
