They have a line for ordering and a line for paying. But they don't let you pay until your sandwich is done. So when it's busy what happens is your sandwich is done and then you have to get in a long line and wait when you could've been paid and out of there. Only way to counter this is to order online which you don't always think to do. Annoying problem that could easily be solved with common sense. There's also always like 15 people working and they still take a while to make your sandwich even if they're mildly busy. Then, like everyone else they flip around the iPad on you and ask you for a 25% tip while people are behind you in line also waiting for their sandwiches that have been sitting there for 10 minutes ​​​

I have known one of the owners, Nate Galvin, for some time. Nate is a Level 3 sommelier, and his knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for hospitality add a great deal to the experience.
