I was able to provide the type of garage door that I had and Annapolis Garage Door squeezed me into their schedule. The technician showed up on time and that a best practice for a door that size is to have two springs on the door to reduce strain and for redundancy. They gave me the choice if I'd like one spring or two. Two of course - I definitely don't need a failed spring taking out a car or person. I also asked them to quote me a new garage door opener because my current chain driven opener is ridiculously loud. Annapolis Garage Door replied, "We're glad to give you a quote a for a new garage door opener but we think you'd might be happy with a simple tune up." Sure enough, Annapolis Garage Door tuned up the garage door and the system is many decibels quieter. They had the chance to sell me a new system but instead they sold me on their company and I've been since spreading the good word to others.

Within 2 years, water started pouring into the home, like a hose was turned on, through the upper front door trim and two front windows trim. After getting on a ladder and looking at the top of the trim, I found NO caulk, NO flashing, and huge open gaps in the wood siding around the trim. Under another window, the wood siding has bowed out at the seam. None of the windows or door were flashed at the top correctly. The insulation under the house that they install had to be replaced because it had fallen or wasn't completed. The moisture barrier wasn't installed on the floor of the crawl space completely. The structural integrity of the build is sound. The finish work was very rushed and has been problematic. It was a very expensive bill for the job. George was too worried about his profit margin to be a good problem solver. I had a very bad experience with this company. Though, it ultimately changed into a bad experience due to the sub-contractors ill treatment of me, I put that on George for being a weak lead. George stood behind his sub-contractors while trying to convince me I didn't know what I was talking about. He was very arrogant and talked down to me. By the end of the job, I wondered to where the nice collaborative George had disappeared. I have spent thousands of dollars repairing the work they did.
