There will always be a learning curve, and i am an anxious dog mom to say the least. I've always had the most amazing and compassionate care from all the staff at this facility. They always answer all my questions, ensure that I have received all the answers I am looking for. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the staff love what they do, and are passionate about animals. My loyalty will stay with Weste Animal Hospital for all my fur baby's needs.

However; Dr. Redgrave makes up for it, as he is not only knowledgeable and timely, he saved my dogs life, as 6 months ago, we were not sure how the out come turn out. Everything he told me was clear evidence of competence with his advise towards wellness, as she was 12 years then, and had a mass tumour removed from her nose. He not only removed it. He was knowledgeable enough to explain to me how it may or may not unfold. As it's now June of 2021, during a pandemic of unruly predictions of our future, never mind a dogs future in these hectic times. She so far has not only survived the surgery, she will be 13 years this Oct. Shes still loves her walks, and enjoys every morsel of her new lean protein diet, and enjoying life more then ever. As she has a few respiratory issues before the tumour, and with Dr. Redgrave's advise was bang on throughout prior surgery, and after. We take each day like it could possibly be her last, with love, exercise, good diet, and hope she will be with us for more lasting tomorrow's. As for time now has given us 6 more months with my baby, and I appreciate Dr. Redgrave, and all Weste Animal Hospital has done for her, and us! Be patient with this busy Animal Hospital located in Lawrencetown. As they maybe busy for a reason. Thank-you, to all of you, and a very special thank-you to Dr. Redgrave! I not only recommend them, I so respect them on being one of the most reputable Animal Hospitals in city or out. Their rates are more then fair, not sure why anyone would dispute this, as I would think maybe they require more study, and experience on their own accord! Terri H.

Their compassion is endless, I've always gotten a simple and clear cut answer to my questions regarding my dogs needs. I first came to the clinic for my dog Snickers, he had cancer... Dr Robb was recommended to us through the PEI Veterinarian university. Every step of the way I felt confident with the treatment choices to ensure the best quality of life for Snickers. When it came time to let go, they were so loving toward Snickers and my family. Today we still have Ruth and Toby who visit the clinic for their check ups etc. even though Toby can be a little spicy, the area always so good to him :) and Ruthie acts like she's going to a friend's house, she loves it there! Thank you for everything you've done for my little family of dachshunds, we appreciate you all so very much. Chelsea

At the time, we were in the dead of a Halifax winter and I lived in an apartment just around the corner. Of course I never gave any thought to the fact that a then five-pound wiener dog might have a hard time with minus 20-degree weather so when he looked like a 'before' shot from a Head and Shoulders ad within the first 24 hours, I wasn't sure exactly what to do. So, I tucked him in the sleeve of my winter coat, walked down a block or two to Full Circle and got to chatting about what I could do to keep my poor pup from looking all flaky at the point that every person I had ever met in my life was insisting on coming over to fawn over him. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about some options ranging from supplements to an oatmeal-based shampoo/conditioner which is what I ended up going with. They weren't exactly as enthusiastic as I would have thought they would be when presented with a brand new puppy to care for, which is why I eventually went elsewhere, but they were able to answer questions about their product which is (sadly) more than I can say about a lot of pet spots in the city!

I have been going to Full Circle for a few years now…read more It is very easy to get a quick appointment if need be. Staff are always genuinely concerned for the care of your pet. For example, I always get a follow-up call or e-mail after an appointment. They always provide notes from your appointments, and each pet has their own file with a picture enclosed--its a super cute personal touch I haven't seen anywhere else! They never try to sell you unnecessary supplies or treatments, and I enjoy their holistic standpoint. Last time I went in for a check-up they taught me how to do core strengthening exercises with my miniature dachshund for the future health of her back. The only thing I don't enjoy is my vet bill--but its pretty standard. I find there is always hidden charges and fees I wish they were more transparent about, but being a pet-owner I feel obligated to have money set aside for such things. The clinic is always VERY clean and you can always smell the yummy orange-cleaner they use after each visit. I highly recommend this vet clinic if you live in HRM. I've been to quite a few in my years of having pets--the one on Quinpool, Woodbury, and one in Sackville to name a few. This is hands down the cleanest and most courteous one.
