I ordered Valentines Day flowers for my girlfriend through FTD and Eastern Floral fulfilled the order. I ordered the "Light of My Life Bouquet - EXQUISITE" which was their most expensive and largest option. The photos on FTD were stunning but when my girlfriend sent me a photo of what she received, I immediately noticed it was even close to the size of what was advertised. The website had a dimension of 22 x 20 but I measured it when she got home and being generous, it was 18 x 12 and definitely not as many flowers. It was very underwhelming and frankly, disappointing. I understand there can be variances from what you see on the website and the final result but when you pay close to $150 for the "exquisite" option, it better be exactly that. I don't know if it was a miscommunication between FTD and Eastern Floral but unfortunately it leaves me discouraged and lacking confidence in Eastern Floral even though FTD refunded me my money. FWIW, my girlfriend was super thankful and thought the flowers were beautiful but after I shared my own disappointment, she agreed that they looked more like a standard arrangement than anything else. read more

I placed an order online for a violet plant to be delivered to my friends mom who is in the hospital, however, despite their best efforts (due to lack of communication and disorganization on the hospitals end) the plant never made it to her room. I have stopped into Eastern Floral twice in the last three weeks to pick up a bouquet of flowers. During my first trip they were having outside sales and had many arrangements on display. I requested one be made, referencing one on display and was told to go pay for it...it would be ready in just a few minutes. When they brought it out, it looked nothing like the example and they had to take it back and remake it. Once it came out the second time it had the color I requested but it had carnations in it, the one flower I specifically said I did not want. Monday, I gave them a second chance as they are conveniently located for me; however, the second trip was worse. The bouquet I was presented was a variety of only yellow flowers when my instructions were "lots of color...pinks, purple, yellow, white but please no carnations". I would have declined to take it but they had already charged my card. Eastern floral has a great variety of flowers available; however, they seem to be incapable of following simple requests to put a bouquet together to meet a customers specific request. If you're okay with "whatever they put together" it may be the right place for you. I'll be looking elsewhere for my flowers. read more

I change the water every couple of days and have picked off the dried up buds and stems. Today, 19 days after they were delivered, I rearranged the remaining stems in a smaller vase. I can't believe they've lasted this long! I would definitely recommend Eastern Floral for high-quality, long-lasting, fresh arrangements. Side note: Keep in mind that changing the water and a little bit of upkeep goes a long way. I used to work at a flower shop and learned how to properly care for fresh-cut flowers. Eastern Floral did our wedding on 2013-09-01 at Bay Pointe Inn on Gun Lake, and they did an amazing job. They were in charge of the centerpieces, including two that we rented from them, as well as the cocktail tables, groomsmen's flowers, bridesmaid's and bride's boquets, and some of the other small tables. they showed up on time and were well setup in time for the ceremony. They even took a bunch of pictures of the flowers at their shop and at our wedding, and put them on their website. I would recommend them to anyone, especially at Bay Pointe, because they know the site and had a lot lower delivery fees than some of the other places we looked at. If I had one negative comment it would be that they were a bit expensive, but as everyone knows, you get what you pay for. read more

They delivered the brown and I emailed them to let them know ao they emailed me back offering to resend or refund some back to me which they haven't done any. So I had to call them- no help at all! They have an online ordering process that is simple and quick, with a short call by their lovely/friendly local staff to clarify/verify your payment method if you do not have an established in-house account with them. From there, my noon-placed order was delivered across town by 4:15! Hopefully it will be a beautiful plant and a helpful perk-up to the recipient's day.
