I had the pleasure of Posh Petals doing my wedding flowers and I was blown away. Customer service was excellent! They sat down with me and we discussed all the options for my beach wedding and reception. The owner was full of great suggestions and helped me decide what would look best :) I still receive compliments on them and I've been married for a few years now!!! Posh Petals made my Boho vision come alive! Elyse was an absolute dream to work with throughout the high and low moments of the covid pandemic wedding planning process. She continually worked with me to modify the plans based on what we did or didn't need for various scenarios of my wedding. I feel like the photos speak for themselves with regards to how beautiful the arrangements by the Posh Petals team turn out! Elyse even attached a little acorn and thimble to mine and my husbands boutonnières in homage to our love for Peter Pan! Not only could they accommodate my rush order (just before Mother's Day and prom), they did it with enthusiasm and amazing customer service. I wanted a really nice congratulatory gift for a friend and Posh Petals went above and beyond to make a really stunning arrangement. I went with the $75 custom rate and was hugely pleased with the result. They took the ideas I had for inspiration to heart and remained in phone and text contact to let me know how the order and delivery progressed. I've used many florists before where the bouquets end up looking predictable or dated, but this was far from it. The arrangement was elegant, contemporary and very fitting for the occasion. Love love Posh Petals! I have used them on number of occasions and have always been impressed! I used them for my wedding, business events (table centerpieces), and for one off arrangements (a friend's birthday, mother's day, etc.). They even made a floral collar arrangement for our dog! My sister also used them for her wedding and the flowers were stunning - especially the floral arch they used in their ceremony. I also brought my 4 year old niece to an Easter event they threw where we were able to decorate bunny ears with faux flowers that she picked out. It was so fun, we had snacks and she was able to get photographed and play with the bunnies in their store. My experience with Posh Petals is limited only to the products and set-up of our wedding. We went with Posh Petals from reviews we have found. Hind-site revealed that the reviews were of small flower arrangements, not wedding venues. The flowers were not impressive. First off, the flower arrangement at the alter were not symmetrical. We had a column with a flower arrangement on each side of the alter. We immediately noticed one of the arrangements looking smaller than the other. The arrangements also looked a bit disheveled. The boutonnières were another sore spot. The colors varied, and all but two looked like they were sat on. Needless to say, we picked the best two for the groom and best man; the remaining party would have to accept the defects. I would say that I would not recommend Posh Petals. read more

Elizabeth & the entire Posh Petals team couldn't have done a better job on my wedding flowers and decor! Everything looked so beautiful, it exceeded all of my dreams and expectations. The gals were were so easy to work with, super responsive, and put me at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. I am the least creative person, so I gave them full creative freedom to execute my vision. When I saw my venue for the first time on my wedding day, I was in complete awe and nearly cried. I called-in a delivery for my mom's 60th birthday from where I'm at in California and the staff could not have been more friendly. The delivered a beautiful arrangement that my mom loved! They did initially deliver the arrangement to the wrong person, which I'm sure was a fluke, but they fixed it ASAP and also gave my mom a gift card to help make up for the late delivery. The flowers were beautiful and I was happy with the final result, but trying to communicate with this florist was a nightmare. I live several hours away so I wasn't able to go into the shop. I would ask a question in an email and not hear back till several weeks later, if at all. There seemed to be a lot of disorganization on their end. I then scheduled a phone meeting, which took several weeks to schedule, and they cancelled it a few minutes later. I ended up never even speaking to them on the phone. My dad called and spoke with them because I was so stressed out constantly getting the run-around and being told they're "super busy," even during their off season. Well, I was super busy too. I couldn't even get them to send me a final invoice, weeks after we were supposed to pay them. It was a very stressful experience, to say the least. read more

What can we say - we have had the privilege to use Posh over and over again for so many different things. I used to "trust" those other gimmick sites for flowers but after letting the artists at Posh create something by me telling them what my ideas are, it surpassed anything that comes from those sites that boast to have certain arrangements. I laugh now when I see the pictures on the commercial sites because Posh hands down blows them out of the water. And the service and detail that goes into each arrangement is uncanny. You can tell there is passion in the work and not just another dollar to be made. I would not personally trust anyone other than Elizabeth and Posh to do any level of arrangement - pride in their work, care for the end result, and a passion for the work being done. read more

Not my favorite. So little selection. They won't even entertain us when we came in. They saw us and someone coming out that they knew even called their attention but nothing. They didnt wait on us till after a few minutes. the ambiance was pretty bad too we waited for a very little ugly arrangement just standing around for almost an hour, no chairs or anything. I've been to many flower shops where they treat their customers better. Skip this place. Go somewhere else. We won't get our flower arrangement here if we were not on a rush. I ordered flowers out of state for a hospitalized family member. Stephanie and everyone at the shop were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were up front about the cost of flowers and delivery. When my card did not work the first time they called back to amend the payment info and promptly put together an arrangement for 3pm same-day delivery. Whenever I followed up to check delivery status, they were patient and informative. They also emailed me a picture of the flowers and confirmed the message and delivery.
