I was wrong & I should've called first to ask. When I did finally call, I spoke to Chris. He was very polite, detailed & professional. He listed everything that would be cleaned, how they would clean & told me they would take care of cleaning out the garage too. I was scheduled for the next day. When he and Mike arrived, they just had that "we mean business look". I swear I heard the Ghostbusters theme song as they walked up to me . They assessed the situation & saw exactly what the other company missed & other things I didn't really know I needed & went to work. Listen folks, they even detailed the dishwasher! I mentioned I had an issue with my toilet flushing; not their problem, but they took a look & fixed that too! Because of their experience with those really dirty jobs, I honestly think they have the best understanding of a DEEP CLEAN & what to look for; especially regarding spills & splatter that often get missed after the initial cleanup. They were "more gentle" when needed; particularly making sure to clean but not completely destroy my bathtubs or other items where hard water stains had built up. Extreme scrubbing/harsh chemicals would damage the finish on things like that; it's a plus that they noticed & pointed that out before starting. Lastly, they made sure to NOT leave my house smelling of chemicals or the vacuum bag; they added a personal touch of pumpkin spice air spray freshener. Such a small detail, I know, but that really pulled the entire experience together when later that night, I turned up all of the lights & stood there admiring my sparkling clean house. They are so worth it, you will be very pleased.
