Very clean establishment. Food was read in typical 10minute. Service was friendly, and patient with a child that couldn't make up her mind.

Absolutely fantastic and fresh. They don't add tons of sugar and grease to their stir fry and their veggies are always tasty and fresh

There are dead roaches in all the fluorescent light covers. I don't think there is anything else I need to say about this place.

First time here after many recommendations. This place has some really good items on the menu. I do…read morelike the infusion of different Asian cuisine here. I ended up getting a bento tray and Mongolian beef. Everything was realy good and every feeling. Great Asian cuisine for a cheat day and overall quality of the food was very good. The only issue I had was the table size if you are a party of 4 or more.

Babies crying, people jumbled everywhere, and a buffet setup that was super packed together near everything else. The good: host sat me quickly and my server was polite and super quick. I guess they got this down to a science? The bad: everything else. How the heck are these reviews high? This place was packed but I felt like if I coughed, it would be all over my neighbor and the food. It was a cluster f. I did the buffet. While they had a lot of options, it was jam packed together. And you bumped into people trying to squeeze through some areas. The sushi was mediocre. The sweet and sour chicken was off. The fried rice wasn't warm. Even my tap water tasted funny. I couldn't finish my hot sake because it tasted off. The wasabi and ginger even looked funky (I will say the wasabi had a nice kick). Best part of my meal was leaving. The miso soup was the only decent part. I should have learned my lesson from previous Asian fusion places but I guess I trusted the reviews on this one. It's clear to me; a lot of people don't have an educated palate.

This huge place has an almost overwhelming variety of choices, all of them mediocre. I've been here…read moretwice but have decided that I won't be back for another try. We were seated promptly on both visits, and the wait staff are very pleasant and helpful. I'm a big fan of most types of Asian food, but I didn't find anything here that was outstanding. Some of the dishes were very cold, as if they had been made in advance, refrigerated, and then reheated for the serving line. I can understand why they would do this, given the huge number of dishes on offer. Still, $42 for 2 people (including soft drink and a tip) seems a bit much for what you get.

However, with restaurant prices rising the way they have been, I'm not mad at Chow Time at all. I appreciated during the first months of re-opening after COVID, gloves and masks were provided (and strictly encouraged). From hibachi to sushi to seafood to hot food to dessert, I don't think you could leave Chow Time hungry. And you're also not going to break the bank and feel like you're not eating your money's worth like you would at a more "luxurious" buffet. While prices have risen over time, I do think it's still remained affordable in a time where eating out has been outrageously overpriced. Definitely great for big groups and picky eaters - Chow Time! Nothing fancy, nothing mind blowing but definitely hits the spot.

With…read moreprices rivaling those of Panda Express - but with food that is actually tasty - Bamboo Wok is a must for quick and easy takeout. Despite driving past Bamboo Wok numerous times in the last couple years, I have never ordered anything from the restaurant. Having tried their food once at a friend's house, I was unimpressed. I am glad, however, to have given them another chance. I ordered my food through Door Dash and had their food delivered. Whether that's on Door Dash, this restaurant, or my general close proximity to the restaurant, my food arrived steaming hot. I was impressed by how vegetarian friendly Bamboo Wok's menu is. I ordered the garlic broccoli which was delicious. The vegetable lo mein was similarly well made and only slightly oily. The only dish I didn't care for was the cream cheese rangoon, which was way too sweet. Having paid only about $15 - not including the Door Dash fees - I was plenty happy getting about four and a half meals from one order. Though I can't speak to the location - having ordered my food and never eaten in the restaurant - I'll definitely be ordering from here again. The garlic broccoli alone is worth it.
