We had needed our entire fence (over 300 feet) torn down and replaced. We received several quotes, and Easter provided a very reasonable quote in line with the others. We ultimately chose Easter over the other contractors because their estimated project timeline was significantly shorter than the others. They DEFINITELY delivered on that shorter timeline! First of all, they showed up on time - for both the initial quote and the start of the project. That alone can be very hard to come by. Most importantly and impressively - they did the entire project in just 2 days! Our yard is fairly large and challenging - the ground is not level and there are a lot of rocks and bricks buried (I have no idea why the rocks are there, but they are and I know that had to have been difficult!). read more

The man came out to do an estimate for replacing my simple woodenfront porch steps yesterday. describing the project in detail to the receptionist, the estimate appointment was arranged. He arrived and promptly said we don't do this. My wooden front porch steps are much simpler than many of the steps this I was caught off guard by his response. I guess certain females just have trouble getting help in this world even when it's they're paying a fair monetary price for discrimination hurts and discrimination is stressful. read more

worst company late on everything don't manage there subs at all so things get done wrong or damaged. no response after sale on fence.

No work done. They just don't respond to on line quote requests or emails. I guess if they have enough business now they don't need to respond. That's fine but I'll never use them or refer them in the future. read more

We had Easter Fence install a new gate and 100" of fence. We are delighted with their service and quality. They did exactly what they promised plus. We had a section owned by my neighbor that was bent and attached to my new fence and Easter Fence took a pole from my old fence and repaired the neighbors fence for no charge. Also, their cost was competitive and their team was easy to work with. read more

I am very frustrated! I signed the contract and paid the down payment for a fence and an automatic gate 12 months ago. It took 11 months to finish the project yet I am still waiting on warranties to be provided. I have been ignored, i have not been kept in the loop and I have had to hound and demanded work to be done for almost a year! Not to mention the driveway gate fell off after a few weeks of install!!! My neighbor got a similar fence and automatic gate installed within a few months by a different company. I am so frustrated. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes or at least gets me my warranty it the gate or even the fence falls down again or the operator doesn't work. Do not waste your time unless you like going through a very trying time. read more

We have been using Easter Fence as our go to for fencing for years because of their competitive pricing and great customer service. I highly recommend you give them a try. read more

I have called many Fence Companies with only a few call backs. Really feels as if nobody wants to work anymore. This was no exception. I had asked for multiple bids from this company and only received one - the most exspensive option. I view this as a WARNING. It tells me if they cant get the first step right then the rest will be a stumble. So Yes, because the lack of sending correct asked for bids has stopped me from using this company. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW AS EMPLOYEE BELOW SPECULATES. LOL.......ITS A WARNING TO OTHERS WHO WANT TO NOT WASTE TIME GETTING BIDS FROM LAZY SALESMEN WHO CANT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS REQUEST. read more

We hired Easter Fence to rebuild our front porch, and a price and completion date were agreed upon. We gave them a large deposit (half of the total), and they said they would order the supplies and start construction in [hopefully] two months. I later found out that they never do a job sooner than about six months. Well, it took eleven months, and I had not heard a single word from them. So I started calling a couple times a week, and I could never get a straight answer from them. FINALLY, a year and a month after the deposit was paid, they showed up and started working on the porch. I think the workers were on drugs, and they were very, very rude. The porch somehow ended up one inch wider on one end, and it's horribly shaky. We're considering whether to sue or just cut our losses and have it redone by a capable builder. Hire them at your own risk! read more

I had a number of companies bid on my fence replacement. Jimmie Holland worked with us to make sure we understood all of our options and was always accessible when I had more questions. When we called to sign the contract from their earlier quote he indicated that even though their cost had increased they would still honor their quote. That's integrity. Within 3 weeks they were ready to install. Chemino(sp?) and his crew were there at 8 a.m. and by 4 p.m., the new fence was installed, gates adjusted, everything cleaned up (wiped down the new fence), and the old fence loaded and ready to go. Jimmie even showed up again to ensure we were happy. Our neighbors were amazed that it was all done in one day and getting a number of compliments about how good it looks. I would definitely recommend Easter Fence, Deck & Renovations! Don & Kim (Happy Customers) read more

our 6' shadowbox fence blew down in a windstorm. Easter made the best bid to replace 11 4x4 posts and repair a gate. Two guys came and removed the old posts, put in new ones in concrete and saved the fence sections. In doing the job, they found they only needed 10 posts and no additional pickets. That saved money and I'm grateful they were willing to offer me the credit. These guys were awesome. You can't go wrong with Easter. read more

One of the few times everything went as well as I could have hoped for. Fence looks as I envisioned and went up in one day. Workers left property as good or better than they found it. Not the cheapest nor most expensive fence installer but I'm happy with the result.. read more

Easter Fence installed two banisters on two sets of steps on patio. Also installed a section of Vinyl Fencing on patio. Both items were installed in a professional manner and look great. We are very pleased with Easter's work. read more

We needed to replace the old wood privacy fence around our entire back yard. The salesman who visited our home was informative about wood vs vinyl. We decided to go with vinyl in a tannish brown rather than white due to the color of the old brick of our house. The crew showed up early today with a load of creamy white fencing. I checked my contract, and it says "tan." I called the salesman. He said he doesn't remember our conversation because he meets with so many people! I asked why he doesn't make notes about clients' jobs. Then he said that "tan" is a creamy white color! He also evidently did not make any notes for the installation crew that (1) there is a huge old tree that the fence would need to slant around, and (2) there are old railroad ties in the ground all around the perimeter, which means that the crew had nearly an hour of questions for me before we decided that the fence placement would need to be moved inward to avoid the ties. How the salesman managed to measure the perimeter and provide dimensions WITHOUT noticing any of this is unbelievable. read more

Extremely pleased with Easter Fence company's level of service, communication, and overall product provided for our vinyl fence installation. Dan Bryson came out to give us our quote for a vinyl fence and showed us the different options. That day he provided us a quote via email. I emailed back and forth with Dan about a few changes and he was always quick to update and send the new proposal to me. We signed our agreement in early December expecting to wait an estimated 12+ weeks for installation. Ryan Doria reached out three weeks after we signed our contract saying that they were ready for installation which was a pleasant surprise. We were working around some other yard work and Ryan made it easy to choose the week we wanted the fence to be installed. The first week of Jan. the fence was install and Jose was onsite. Jose was great to work with and completed the fence in a day with the help of one other guy. He was easy to communicate with and provided exceptional service ensuring he knew exactly how we wanted the fence. We love the way our fence looks. Upon completion of the job, I wanted to stop by the the office to pay my final bill. Tammy Micke was available and made the process smooth and easy to get final payment in. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new fence which will provide privacy and help keep our two dogs safe. I would highly recommend Easter Fence Company as the service they provided was excellent from communication to product value. read more

My fence is 5 ft high and 80ft by 60+ ft with three 5ft gates. Some of the poles required drilling through preexisting concrete. Still they were able to finish in 2.5 days! They even came out to finish in the rain so that I wouldn't have to spend another rainy day walking dogs. :) read more

Excellent work. Very efficient. End result was a successful repair to a number of areas on our cedar fence. Well done!

Very happy with the new fence. Matt and his crew were very professional. Will definitely recommend Easter based on price, product and service read more

I reached out to Easter to have them add an interior door to our home to be able to close off the basement. Steve arrived at the scheduled time to measure the opening and get the details for the project. We were told he'd have an estimate for me in the next few days. After a week of no contact, I called Easter Fence and spoke with a representative who said Steve was out on another project and they would leave him a note to contact me about the project. It is now almost another 2 weeks later and I have yet to hear from anyone from Easter. I had high hopes for the company after my initial interaction with Steve and planned on using them for several other projects around the house and was going to use the door project to gauge their workmanship however after this experience, I am moving onto another company. Homeowner beware. Unfortunately, it seems to me that if you have a "smaller project" you will fall to the wayside while the company prioritizes larger, more profitable projects. read more

Had a great experience working with Easter Fence and Deck. They replaced my failing old deck with a beautifully built new one. Very easy to deal with from my first phone call to final payment. The "A" team of Ricardo and Justin were the best crew we've ever had working on our home. They arrived early, worked hard every day, were very friendly and available to clearly answer all my questions and left the area immaculate! Chuck, Steve and Tammy were great to work with as well! A big thumbs up from us! read more

Extremely happy with the work performed by Easter Fence. They constructed an addition to my deck including stairs and concrete pad. Steve was professional and friendly to deal with in setting up and scheduling the job. The crew onsite was focused on the job and completed it quickly. There was a cosmetic issue that I noticed after work was complete, but Steve scheduled a crew at my convenience to address the issue. The crew made sure that I was happy with the results before they left. They struck me as a company that absolutely cared about customer satisfaction. read more

Easter accepted our down payment check after it was mailed on April 2nd 2019 but never reached out to let us know the status of our job which was new stairway railing on an outdoor deck. After several calls to them they came out to measure the deck in order to get a permit for the job. That was around the end of June, first of July. Had not heard a word from them. Contacted them on July 24 and they said they hadn't even applied for the permit yet and that it could take as many as 4 weeks to get it back ( we've never had difficulty getting a permit in Kirkwood and have gotten one in a day). We've asked for our money back and would not recommend Easter to friends or family. read more

My fiance and I chose Easter Fence to put a fence in our back yard because they had the best price. We had a baby on the way and needed a fence for our two dogs immediately. Easter told us that they were several weeks out on projects but they would put us on the schedule. After not hearing from them for two weeks my fiance called to make sure we were still on the schedule and he was told that we were not. That was a little annoying but they pulled through and still made it out around the time they originally promised. The installation of the fence took four days for a two man crew. We are very pleased with the outcome of the fence and so are the dogs. It would be nice if they would call to follow up and ask us how we feel about the fence but they also haven't called to collect payment yet so I won't complain :) read more

We are so happy with Easter Fence. We chose Easter Fence because they put in a gate for us a few years ago. We were not disappointed, Randy Gaines did an outstanding job putting in our privacy/aluminum fence replacing our chain link fence. I can't stop looking at our fence it is so awesome! Thank you Easter Fence, Randy Gaines and Sado Cerimovic for an outstanding job!!!! read more

I was very happy with the entire process of working with Easter Fence, from Dan who estimated the project and helped to negotiate between my two next door neighbors to get an acceptable plan, to Ryan who scheduled the installation , to Matt, our crew lead. All the Easter folks were very professional and timely. Matt was very responsive to our requests and worked hard to install the fence to best fit our lot. I would highly recommend Easter fence for a wood fence installation. read more

I was VERY disappointed with Easter, my wife and I ordered white vinyl fence for our home, we were told it would be 6 weeks before the install, on week 7 I called them "after having heard nothing" and was told it would be installed next week. The installation went ok at best, the crew was lazy, they took short cuts "putting in an extra post to take up space so they wouldn't have to cut the panels to fit" they did not clean up and no one followed up at all to see if I was satisfied. I tried to contact Easter again but after 4 phone messages left and 3 emails I just gave up. The quality of the fence is fine but I would find someone else to do the work. read more

OUTSTANDING!! We hired Easter Fence for a 6ft privacy fence around the perimeter of our back yard. They went above and beyond to make it seamless and beautiful. They made every attempt to make sure we were happy and the fence could not have turned out better. Chuck, the owner, is a good, honest man and I would recommend his company to everyone. Five stars is not enough for this company. I would trust them with any work needed on my house. read more

Someone came out for an estimate and said that they would e-mail me the price the same day or the next. That was 3 weeks ago and I have never heard back from them They put up a fence for my son so I thought I would give them my business, too. Oh, well.....first they said it was going to be 2 weeks before someone could come out for the bid. Then when he did, he said they were running 8 weeks behind. I thought all the waiting was bad, but worse, the BS of wasting my (precious) time was/is worse. Beware. read more

Easter Fence is terrific. My yard was partially fenced, but I needed the two areas in front completed along with a wide gate installed. I won't mention the name of the other company that came out and their bid. That was a joke. I want to brag about Easter Fence. Sado Cerimovic came out, surveyed the job and quickly came back with a fair bid in the style of vinyl fencing I was hoping to get. The scheduling was done by Ryan and he couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating with my schedule. Bill Gibson, the Crew Leader, and Joey showed up on time, politely introduced themselves and went on to do a perfect job! When they finished the first day, they left the area clean and their work items off to the side. When they came back in the morning, they checked in and went to work. When done everything was picked up and swept! As I said - perfect. The posts are solid, the fence on both sides is level and because of their precision, the gate opens and closes perfectly. I'm so happy! Easter Fence has a great reputation and now I know why. I highly recommend this company and it was my good fortune they installed my fence. Many thanks to Sado, Dan, Ryan, Bill and Joey!! read more
