My personal favourites were the hummus and tabouli, balila, spinach triangles (with spinach from Eddie's own garden) and the stuffed vine leaves (which I don't usually enjoy but these were so good)! Our host for the evening Eddie (yes, THE Eddie) was humble, attentive, and had such a passion for homestyle cooking. I highly recommend giving Eddie's Vegan Eatery a visit if you live near the St George area of Sydney. From the starters all the way to the baklava and tea at the end, it was a divine experience.

All of the food we've eaten is very fresh, the banquet is good value and the platter for 2 for smaller groups also offers a good variety. The a la carte menu offers all of the usual lebanese cuisine, the serving sizes are generous and I think the prices are fair for what they offer. We've been many times and have also gone in large groups and the food has always been consistent. Make sure you finish the meal with some lebanese coffee and a sweet!

My go-to dish here is always the mix plate which consists of kebab, tika and chicken tika (a plate is enough to share for two), all meats grilled over a coal barbeque and complimentary salad/pickles and of course Iraqi bread (which is similar to Lebanese bread but a bit thicker and more filling).
