Rich Rosa was fantastic. My wife and I were searching for a north-of-Boston home while living on…read morethe West Coast and Rich made the process SO much easier. 1) Great communicator with excellent attention to detail 2) Great at anticipating questions and getting you in touch with good professionals for different parts of process (home inspectors, RE lawyers etc) and helping you find a good one. 3) Great at raising questions that a home listing won't tell you (what is the home near/not near? busy street?) 4) He's not just firing his own ideas at you, he listens and works with what YOU want. If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

Tried calling and 4 times on hold over an hour to talk to someone. They put you on hold and call drops. What kind of scam is being pulled here. I have never written a review in my life, but Cross Country has created a such a huge breach of…read moresecurity, i need to warn people. I divorced my ex and we sold our (jointly owned) house in May '21. Cross Country arbitrarily listed my ex's name first on all correspondence, so when we divorced, it would hit his "change of address" with the post office first. Once CC receive this change of address notification, instead of contacting both parties, CC changed the address to that person's address and only that persons address. Because they just changed it instead of contacting both parties to get approval, I have spent the better part of 9 months trying to get information and an escrow refund that belongs to me. Every time I call in to get info, they send a follow up notification letter to my ex. Because his is the only address they will log. My ex has taken all refunds and all paperwork. A situation that is leading us into an expensive court battle that Cross Country could have prevented. Now that they know the problem, you would think they would resolve it by adding my address to the account also. No!! They tell me they cannot change without my ex's approval. He is refusing (shocker) and he has confiscated my escrow refund. This is not only discriminatory, it could be dangerous for those who have to contact an abusive ex spouse. A firm that cannot log 2 different addresses for co- mortgage loans, clearly shouldn't be handling people's financial info or funds of this size. Especially when / if they may divorce. You can expect your ex to receive your private information and they will do nothing to resolve it except say that is the policy. 9 months later I am in an expensive court trial because Cross Country Mortgage chose to pick one person to communicate instead of both the people on the loan. As I said, the home was purchased with only my money. But they only have room for one address despite the fact that the divorce rate is 50%! And who gets that coveted position of receiving all information and funds...is chosen by Cross Country. What an unbelievable breach of security. If i could have given 0 stars - I would. Go elsewhere.

As I began my journey to purchase a home, I found myself wasting time with different well-known banks. You name them and I probably called them. I found myself repeating my needs every time I talked to one of these banks and I felt there was never any real interest to help. I spent a good three months of my time having my questions answered, calling and leaving voicemails, and never getting calls back. I was referred to Kim from a third party and from the beginning, I could feel it was going to be different. From the first call, I let Kim know what I was looking to do and what I was going through with the other lenders. Kim understood and asked all the right questions. Throughout the whole process, Kim asked for what she needed and explained every step in detail. If you need referrals for home inspectors, lawyers or real estate agents, she has them. There are many qualities that made Kim stand out from the rest. When I emailed her she always responded promptly. When I called, she was always ready to answer any questions I had and if I needed to text, she would always text back. Whenever I looked at a potential property, Kim had no issues running numbers for me to see what the payments looked like. She was courteous, prompt, and you can tell that she loves what she does. Even at the last minute when some changes were done because of and adjustment I requested, Kim worked her magic and got me what I wanted by my closing date. I feel blessed that Kim was part of my team and highly recommend her. If you are serious and ready to purchase a home, you need to work with someone that will get you through the loan process and will guide you every step of the way. This is what Kim does and she does it well. I give her 5 stars and will ensure that I work with her on my next home purchase. If you don't want to waste any time, especially with the banks, Kim is the only person you need to work with. Believe me, you will be extremely happy that you did.

After many repeat clients and referrals, that's something I'll never change. Here's another one: Hard work makes a difference. My commitment to working with you carries on throughout your home loan, from prequalification to closing, and beyond. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or seasoned buyer, or you are considering a refinance, you can trust me with your home financing needs.
