First negative encounter I've had with a business in this area. Will never shop here again…read more I thought I had found my go-to wine store when I moved to this area a few weeks ago. The layout and selection reminded me of my favorite liquor store, Total Wine and More. I noticed the prices here were higher, but I was still willing to support this local store. Never again since today's purchase and experience with customer service. I purchased 4 bottles of wine for close to $60. I questioned the cashier when she packed them all into one paper bag asking if the bag would hold. She said it would be fine and proceeded to slip scraps of cardboard between my bottles. I carried the bag out to my car holding the bottom of the bag with my free hand. When I unloaded my car in my garage, I pulled the bag out of the car holding the top of the bag and the bottles fell through the bottom and broke and emptied all over my garage floor. After cleaning up the glass and spilled wine I called the store to tell them what had happened as was told there was nothing they could do since it did not happen on their premises. No apology was offered for the money I wasted, the mess I incurred and the time I spent cleaning it up.

Has kept up his selection and parking access despite the road construction going on. Good Selection…read moreof wines for the size of the store! Regular stop of mine on my way to Cape Cod.

Never looked up at you or interacted as it was ALL ABOUT A SALE NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE TO GO.. We work hard for our $$ and I refuse to go to local places when I am just another face.. Since the new owner bought this place we go there all the time.. Why?? because they talk to us like we MATTER.. If I could rate this place it would be a 10 ***.GreatThe place is clean, organized and most of all FRIENDLY AND REAL PEOPLE..There are alot of people that are mean and have no clue about diversity,, LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT DIFFERENT CULTURES over the years.. WHY???? because I am always open and remain teachable in all areas of my life.. I enjoy talking to the owner and his wife!!! props to you both.. My husband BRIAN and I will always shop there because you are very nice and spiritual people and I feel so good when we come, not only for a purchase but to visit and say hello to such GREAT people that take time to stop and talk.. You both are hard working and I will support your LOCAL business!! Come by and see for yourself!!! Great humans..Maureen and Brian

This long time business in the area is under new ownership, so if you travel from other areas on…read morethe Cape to shop in a "warehouse" setting, or you visit for the summer.....just realize that the helpful long time staff that used to be there are gone, the selection of wines is really confusing now (because they aren't "grouped" the way they used to be), and beer selection is reduced. Dont bother asking for help looking for a particular item. I did and got a blank stare. I tried to find it myself but gave up. The woman at the register was slow and seemed to have trouble counting change (she miscounted twice (the bills)). I asked her also about the wine I was looking for and she shook her head, not speaking either. FYI, this was a Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, not some speciality French or Italian wine!
