Too Slow. Takes days to get replies to emails. Excruciating. If you want to take 10 years to get divorce, this is the place to go.

Her and Sarah work as a great team. They prepared many documents for me that I needed quick and very thorough. We did a lot of communication through email, and video chat. She is very honest and upfront with what can and can't be done. I have my full trust in Modern Law. I found them initially through Billie T. posts online and then went to her free consultation day. Thanks guys!

She was referred to me by ACESDV, but my case became more conflict‑driven, disorganized, and significantly more expensive under her representation. I also saw many Domestic Violence survivor moms being referred to her by ACESDV, and it concerned me because, in my experience, she did not act in the best interest of vulnerable survivors and children. She is now posting in social media about the new law HB2995 Alec and Lydia Act and based on my personal experience with her, I believe her involvement is financially motivated. Her approach is profit‑driven rather than survivor‑focused, and I would NOT recommend her at all for anyone in a family court case, much less any Domestic Violence related representation. We reviewed and called a few law offices and even made an appointment with another attorney but after I hung up the phone I didn't have a good feeling. So I did more research and decided to give the law office of Mark Tucker a call. The receptionist (Sorry, forgot your name) who answered the phone was very helpful, she took my information, explained the options (phone or in-person), fees, and upcoming available times for the initial consultation and verified their office address. I then canceled my appointment with the other attorney's office (who couldn't even verify their location address for me when I asked). I've never had to hire an attorney so I was a bit nervous when we went to see Mark but almost immediately after meeting him both me and my fiancé were at ease! He was very professional and communicative while listening to our concerns, reviewing the current statutes, sharing his professional experience, and in explaining what we could expect if our case goes to litigation. He was very detailed in his advisement on how we should proceed after our visit with him and even followed up via email (promptly) when I shared additional concern after the consultation. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to and genuinely seems to care about what is right! I highly recommend the Law office of Mark A. Tucker and will definitely be using him for all future needs.

The site to visit is below https://www.azbar.org/for-legal-professionals/practice-tools-management/member-directory/ When I reached out to Mark, he strongly persuaded me to file for an eviction, emphasizing how important it was for me to recover my lost wages. However, what he failed to disclose--which I found to be very deceitful--was that his services do not include recovering those lost payments which to me defeats the purpose if you don't know where the tenant resides. I even asked him if he could mediate the situation of get the tenant to the table and he strongly advise i pursue a judgement... because that's how he gets paid. I would have paid to mediate... I just wanted representation. To be clear, tenant was communicative by email but we had no address of the tenant. I not once did the lawyer serve any of the paperwork via email. Although I'm not entirely comfortable discussing my eviction experience, I remain unconvinced that I even needed to go through the process. My tenant had already abandoned the unit without surrendering the keys, making the situation unclear. knowing what i know how now, I am legally obligated to still communicate how i am going to handle the security deposit. But I am really suffering a huge financial loss that Mark stated was a lot of money... clearly money i may new recover. Unfortunately, Mark's approach left much to be desired. He does not thoroughly review discovery documents or commit the details of your renter's story to memory as he kept asking me questions about situation there were already in the material I sent him. On several occasions, the so-called "professional documents" he prepared--such as affidavits and notices--contained significant errors, including repeated misspellings of the tenant's address on multiple occasions. While Mark may come across as a nice guy on the phone, I cannot recommend his services. I had to constantly follow up with him to ensure tasks were completed, which eroded my trust in his capabilities. I also found his communication style manipulative--he knows how to carefully phrase things to influence your perception while avoiding accountability. This made me lose respect for him. I'm sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. I would advise caution if you're considering his services.

Ms. Bartee is honest, upfront and gives you the nitty gritty truth of the justice system and what to expect. Ms. Bartee is very experienced with family law and is a seasoned attorney who leads with confidence and knowledge, which gives her great power and distinction in the court room. She guided me through every step of my divorce and was very level headed in the midst of a very emotional time for me. She is very fair with negotiations and will tell you up front if your expectations are unrealistic. She did a hands down phenomenal job on my case and advocated for my requests.
