Last week on my drive to Wells, I saw ETP and called to see if they had any used Sea Doo's. Spoke with Justin and he gave me a price on a 2020 Sea Doo GTI with 29.5 hours that I had to see. Told him I will stop by in about 2 hours on my way back and once I saw the ski I knew that it was going to be mines. Left a deposit and drove 2 hours today (5/21/26) and picked up. TERRIBLE customer service. We emailed Justin and asked for a price on a wave runner. We called the following day, asked Justin the sales MANAGER to give us a price bc we were ready to purchase one. He flat out told us he didn't have time to look at any prices bc he was too busy. I told him I had a check to give him if we could get a price bc we had a price from the boat show. He told us he was too busy to get us a price. The general manager came on the phone and said he just couldn't believe his sales manager would tell us that. Accused us of lying about the conversation we had literally just had with Justin, the SALES MANAGER. I asked the general manager if this was how we would be treated if we bought something from him and needed service. He literally said yes. Then he back peddled. Did I lose my temper by the end of the conversation? Yes. Did they deserve it? Yes. They had an opportunity to make a 22000 sale. He said he had already sold ten units today. Our reply: "you could have sold 11." We got a quote from a Yamaha dealer at the boat show in literally five minutes. We also got a quote from a sea doo from a dealer at the boat show in 5 minutes. We had emailed Justin initially two days prior. We picked out what we wanted but ya know, he's busy. Never ever would I deal with these people. No wonder why they only have 2024s and a few 23s... can't get rid of them bc of terrible salesmanship. read more
