Terrible customer service! I called during the middle of the day during business hours, no one…read moreanswered. I called a few minutes later, someone answered and hung up on me. I called again, was hung up on a second time. I even made sure ok two separate occasions that it was the correct phone number. Based on the number in photo of the business sign, and I checked Google and Apple Maps. Same number. Apparently, our business is unwanted.

I went to them in fall wanting a fast growing tree to put in my front yard. They didn't have much…read moreto choose from and I should have left then. But a sales lady showed me a magnolia tree where one side had been cut off. It looked strange, but I was assured it had only been damaged in transport and would fill out get new branches soon. They're the experts, so I bought it. A man, I assume was the owner, started yelling at the sales lady saying she left her walkie in the bathroom and he was trying to get ahold of her. She had other customers who wanted to buy more than a tree! He said this in front of me, like I didn't matter!! RUDE! By the end of spring one side of the tree still had no leaves or branches, the other side looked like a few branches had died. I called and they gave me the lady who sold me the tree. She said to cut the dead branches off and it would be fine. I did and a few weeks later more branches would snap off. I called again and was told I must have planted it too deep. I took photos for them, it was planted right, must be too much water, or not enough water, or the soil wasn't good enough. They wouldn't ever admit they sold me a sickly tree that they knew there was something wrong with it. Fast forward a few years, their news letter says if you have questions just ask. So I emailed asking questions about mulch, how to prevent weeds over winter and the best time to fertilize. Danny emailed back and said he would call. I have the Home & Garden's ID on my phone but never got a call from them. I called them a week later asking for Danny and said he was going to call me. A girl said he was with a customer, but she would give him the message and have him call me. It's now been two months since he said he would call and hasn't. So I think their communication is terrible, they don't seem to care if they sell their customers bad plants, a lot of their plants are cheaper at Home Depot or Lowes and they yell and humiliate their employees in front of customers like they should be grateful they even have jobs. No way could I ever recommended The Home & Garden center to anyone.

Ordering from your local florist like Longview Flower Shop who has been around over 80 years who will personally deliver the product and if your not happy will go over and beyond to make it right! That's the place I will always go and LFS is my place! This year is their 84th year in business that says a lot! No not everybody is pleased sometimes but if your not you can count on LFS making it right! They will back up the product.

The deluxe bouquet is what was suppose to be delivered. Not only was it not deluxe it was barely equivalent to a grocery store arrangement. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw what had been delivered. I live across the country now so when sending flowers to someone back home I will know who to not use after this disaster. The value was nonexistent. The 3rd party site did refund me but knowing this is the quality of work is beyond disappointing.
