I would recommend Shelton Painting for all your painting project needs.

I'm sure I could have gotten the project done at a lower price with another company, but the careful work was worth paying more. Complete…read morerenovation of the screen porch (new floors, screen, doors and trim) as well as the addition of a new platform composite deck. Porch was built over 50 years ago so there was quite a bit of rehabbing to be done. I was really specific about what I was hoping the final result would look like and they didn't disappoint! We kept the old cottage feel and used traditional wood flooring in the porch along with a beautiful composite for the outdoor platform. We kept the cedar trim boards for the screen so they buffed them up to look like brand new cedar. This was for a special event we were having there so we were under a very tight time crunch (and the weather was being very rude): they met the time crunch AND did me a solid and were cognizant of several plants in their way. The few, small punch list items that needed to be done (they're always those on a project this detailed) were happily and promptly taken care of; down to the smallest of details. My inner OCD freak was smiling with satisfaction! I've come across a few examples of their work around town and at my friends' places, and they gave RR the two thumbs up. When a friend says "yes, use this contractor, they've proven it", it's the biggest reason to choose Redfin over all the others. Because we've all heard the horror stories, right? It's tough to know who to trust to do good work (much less phenomenal work as it was my case) as you shovel out hard earned dollars to them. All in all, my experience with Redfin Renovations has been an absolute 1000 out of 10 would recommend for any type of project. Thank you, Joey and crew!

He cleanly removed some of the baseboard so the shelves would be flush with the walls, added quarter round to the base, and caulked the edges for a seamless, built-in look that completely elevated the space. He also relocated our Nest thermostat to the opposite side of the wall. Benjamin has done a variety of other projects, too, including installing a storm door in our sunroom, repairing and replacing rotted wood, and replacing the interior door trim. We've been super pleased with all of it - he is detail oriented, diligent, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Benjamin!!

Contacted Vasquez here on Yelp, and Brandom responded very quickly (and that has been true during the entire project). Our project included special wiring coming out of the walls, wrapped corners instead of trim around windows, and a few walls that didn't line up perfectly (tie-in to existing structure). Once we were able to start, they came almost immediately, and finished surprisingly fast: took about 1 week for a large attic, large bedroom with closet and master bath, stairwell plus another ceiling - around 4500 sq. ft. of new installed drywall (and finishing another 500 sq. ft. existing drywall). All taped and sanded with knockdown textured ceilings. We will likely have them do another part of the project when that is ready.
