When I called your company this morning, I was met by a man with a belligerent tone and told my request wasn't worth his time. When I tried to explain my situation (an irresponsible driver hit my lawn and took out a tree and three shrubs) I was rudely interrupted and told, "you're just looking money. I'm going to say a hard pass on your request," and hung up on me. Unprofessional and repugnant behavior. Do better BJ Tree Service and train people how to triage a call. Accepting the estimate and paying the deposit couldn't have been easier. The 4 guys who came to do the work shortly thereafter walked the property with us and were careful to understand exactly what we wanted. They were knowledgeable and professional.
