It provided me a great foundation and I was able to jump into their Still yoga classes without difficulty. Their schedule is varied, which meets my needs by being able to take classes after work and on weekends. You can purchase monthly unlimited access as well as classes individually or in bulk. The other members are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The instructors are clear, patient and caring.

I've been suffering from carpal tunnel for the past three years. My physical therapist said that I needed more upper body strength workouts and barre classes at Tuck is a WHOLE-body workout! Seriously, I feel like I get my money worth. It took five classes to see changes in my body. I don't suffer from back pains or carpal tunnel as much anymore. Don't get me wrong. It's hard work to get in shape but I enjoy going here because I love how passionate everyone is at teaching their classes. They genuinely want you to get the most out of your workout and they do a fantastic job in creating a variety so you're not bored doing the same routine over and over again. In my opinion, large classes where teachers are flashy and pushy are the antithesis of true Yoga. TriYoga is a gentle flowing style that integrates breath awareness with mudras and postures. Erica and her staff are super knowledgeable and well seasoned instructors. I have tried different studios around the Main Line and I have found that I gain more from Main Line Yoga Shala because the teachers are truly living yogic lifestyles. They study yoga principals and many of them study different healing modalities (which can be found incorporated in the classes!). Because of this, they are able to make yoga accessible to those who are just learning, and to those of us who are continually learning. Some studios are overwhelming because there are a lot of students all packed in together but I know that at Main Line Yoga Shala I will receive the individual attention I need to better my yoga practice. This place is a gem to us Main liners! I know that when I go to Main Line Yoga Shala I will be leaving more in tune with myself and better able to be emotionally available to others. Come to think of it, it truly is an oasis! Convenient location right on Montgomery with plenty of parking.
