I waited for 10 minutes on the phone for the woman to tell me she couldn't find any info on me. I will never go back, total spent, just over 500 dollars.

However, for the past 2 years it has been nothing but problem after problem. From incorrect prescriptions (at least 2x that I remeber), multiple trips to correct that issue (mind you it's an hour round trip not including the wait time at the office), glasses being told we're ready that didn't have any lenses in them ( 3 trips to correct that issue), orders for contacts not being placed and most recently an order of contacts being sent back for no reason. If you're just going to have an exam and need glasses or contacts, you should go to an optometrist. It is less expensive. I have been going here 2x/year (every 6 mths) for 15 years. I have ocular hypertension, MCTD, and for the last two years, cataracts. The medication I use for autoimmune diseases can cause color blindness and of course, ocular hypertension can develop into glaucoma.
