I can't say enough good things about EaseMyMind! Daniela is the owner and I don't think she monitors this Yelp page but I since many people look to Yelp to find services, I had to make sure I put something on here as well! I had so much trouble finding a sitter, I contacted two other places and one NEVER returned my call and the other couldn't come on to Fort Hood...luckily, however, the 2nd person I contact recommended me to Daniela. First of all, the website for EaseMyMind is fantastic. It has a customer portal that you can create an account on and enter all the details about your furbabies and it has online scheduling so you can easily schedule and manage everything right from there. But, on top of that, Daniela has no issue communicating via text on top of that. I scheduled my free meet & greet with and she stayed for I think about an hour getting to know my pups, seeing where they sleep, where all of their food and things are, how they react to strangers and what all of their little quirks are.She brought all the paperwork with her and explained everything to me and told me I could text her whenever I needed to with questions or concerns. After everything was officially scheduled and I dropped off my key to her, the payment process was super easy too as she has an online payment system that you can use. I also love that there is only one fee for the visit and no surcharge for having multiple pets in one household (we have 3 dogs so that could be pricey!). On the day of my day trip out of town, I text Daniela to let her know when we actually left so she could make sure the first sitter visit wasn't too early or too late. A few hours later I received a pet journal notification in my e-mail with an entry from the pet sitter telling me what was done on the visit and how the dogs were doing as well as pictures of all of them. It was super easy to view everything from my phone and it was reassuring that all my dogs were happy and that there were no complications. Later on in the day, I logged in to my account and realized I made a mistake on some of the notes I left for the sitter. On my account, I asked the sitter to feed them dinner at the 2nd visit but on a note I left on their food I said to feed at the last visit. Luckily I caught that mistake at the same time as the sitter and they were able to get the correct information from me so the pups could be fed at the correct time. What made it so easy is that Daniela was easily available via text so we could get eveything sorted out quickly. For the rest of the day I got my updates and when I go home that night my furbabies seemed much less stressed over me being gone for 12 hours+ hours and I came home to find that my sitter had even washed their food bowls, which was so nice! :) Needless to say, I'll continue to use EaseMyMind in the future. read more

I just returned from a four-day weekend without my two dogs. EaseMyMind took excellent care of "my girls" while I was gone. Both my dogs have never been kenneled, and one is a rescue who had separation anxiety issues when I adopted her a year ago. These issues have greatly reduced over time, but I was still worried about using a kennel or leaving her for more than 6 hours at a time. EaseMyMind was very thorough in their intake interview and I greatly appreciated the text updates three times a day. I think the photos, QR codes, and written logs give clients piece of mind while they are away. I am very happy with how my dogs were cared for while I was on vacation and hope to use them in the future! I used a doggie daycare service with sad results, so I am very happy to have found a way to keep my dogs at home in a safe and familiar environment. read more

EaseMyMind is the best house and petsitter service in town. Daniela and her team took care of my dogs and home several times and I recommend EaseMyMind to everyone who needs a petsitter. I have two dogs who need special medical care and Daniela and her team took wonderful care of my Babies, while we were gone on a trip, they absolutely adore their sitters. The communication on the trip through the portal with the petsitters is very good and we loved our updates and pictures after every visit. read more

In response to the owner's comments about my negative review: I have never worked for her, or her company. Apparently, she has me mistaken for a past employee, or thinks that making up a story is the best way to explain away a poor review. She has indeed cared for our dogs several times while we left town, and we paid full price for these visits. Policies have changed, or at least, the sitters stopped paying attention to the owner's needs. We had a customized time table to accomodate our animals needs, and it's frustrating that instead of following this, the company makes excuses instead of apologies. Obviously, my proper name isn't listed on yelp, because this company (and others) have my credit card info, and I don't want any backlash from negative reviews.. I've heard of it happening to people in the past and have no interest in dealing with that again. Perhaps it would "jog" the owners memory to know that as clients, the payments and bookings were made in my husband's name. Trying to make yourself look better by "outing" someone (mistakenly, at that!) is a really sad way to go about promoting your company. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. We have used EaseMyMind for over a year (shame on me for not writing a review sooner). I can't begin to put into words how happy I am with them. We have three "elder" dogs. We would not be able to leave them in a kennel setting as they each have their own health issues. Daniela and her staff have gone above and beyond in their care of our babies. From answering frantic calls/texts when I thought I had forgotten something, to making sure that we were home safely ourselves after a long trip. Daniela and all of the pet sitters are great. I love that they not only take care of my dogs, but they also wash my dishes and take out my trash! When my dogs became too much of a handful to walk safely in the neighborhood (they are big), they continue to play with them in the back yard and work with leash walking around the backyard. They also keep an eye out for any unusual happenings in the neighborhood and are great about accommodating last minute changes in my work schedule. They also take great pictures and provide updates of the pups at every visit. read more

The hardest part of going on vacation is leaving our pets behind but since we started using EaseMyMind I know that our pets are in good and loving hands. I love that after each visit I get a log that includes pictures of our furry family members, this allows me to know that they are doing good. I never wanted to kennel my dogs and there are times when I just can't take them, this allows me to have my cake and eat it too. We have used Ease My Mind a lot over the last 2.5 years. We have 3 large dogs and they are well taken care of when we are gone overnight or for several days. I like that the owner comes to do an initial "meet and greet" your pets and gets all the important information about each one. You can easily update/change pet information on their website. Making reservations is easy as well! I can make notes next to each visit about what I would like the sitter to do. My favorite thing is receiving text updates with pictures during each visit. It is great to "see" the dogs on a walk or playing ball in the yard! They always clean up accidents and keep the dog bowls clean! I highly recommend using Ease My Mind! They provide excellent service and they truly care about your furry kids! read more

I've been using this company's services for several years now and am always satisfied. Changing Sitters does not bother me, so far I've liked them all. What's better, my 4 furry friends do too. And I only say "like" because I wish my dogs would be so excited to see me, too. One sitter helped teach one of my babies to use the newly installed dog door he wasn't familiar with. Another kept an extremely cool head when mayhem broke out, which I (NOT THE SITTER) may have been able to avoid, through actions that I (again, NOT THE SITTER) simply forgot to take. I've experienced great help receiving detailed and correct information on what's going on with my bunch/house/mail/walks etc. The ladies have been very good for caring for special needs my dogs have. I love the fact that my animals are able to stay in a familiar place instead of a kennel. The updates put my mind at ease and the correspondence has always been great. I enjoy talking to the office girl she's helpful, professional and nice. All in all this this is a great company and it is the only company that gets to watch my animals. read more
