The tech said if we gave him a five star review, he would knock off $25. Since it seemed to be fine, I did that. The clog returned, and I called Alex. I am tired of paying for sloppy work. I booked through YELP. He was on time and explained that in his professional opinion it would be best to snake it from the roof and then follow with jetting it all the way to the street. He was on the roof for an hour in 100° heat. He ran a camera through when he was finished and showed us the clean pipes and the grease blob that had caused the blockage. The drain is now clean of grease, not just a hole punched through the clog. Clean. His price for snaking, jetting and running the camera in was less than what Roto Rooter charged to just snake the drain. I recommend Alex 110%. Honest, fair and reasonable pricing with a wonderful moral work ethic. He is out there to help you not snake you!

Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough.
