Hearing Unlimited And Todd Are Simply The Best, Better Than All The Rest!…read more As my mother says, Todd brings happiness to our home!!! I cannot say enough great things about hearing unlimited and their hearing professional Todd. My father had a stroke about 3 years ago and is completely deaf in one ear and very close to completely deaf in the other ear. Todd explained there's only so much hearing aids can do for my father since his hearing is very profound but they would do their best to help him. Well, the hearing aid they provided my father has made a HUGE difference in his life! He can now hear me, he can enjoy his TV programs and he has talked more in the month he's had his hearing aid than he has in the past 3 years. And Todd is AMAZING. My father, although a nice man, has his moments and isn't the easiest person to get along with if something is going to cost money as he's set in his ways. Before I got involved, my mother scheduled 2 appointments with Todd over the span of 2 years and each time dad told Todd he wasn't interested. Todd graciously said he understood and to let his company know if my father ever changes his mind. Then I got involved. I told my dad he didn't have a choice and my dad reluctantly agreed to see Todd for a 3rd time. Well, Todd is now our best friend!!!!! He is so patient with my father, is incredibly kind, empathetic, honest and has great integrity. He has literally changed the quality of my father's life. My dad now wants to see family members he hasn't seen in years, wants to go to the casino and basically wants to be more active because he can now hear! He wants to engage in life instead of sit on the sidelines. Prior to getting this hearing aid, all my dad wanted to do was sleep and watch tv which he couldn't hear. I can't say enough great things about Todd and this company. They bend over backwards to help you: from helping you find a hearing MD, to coming to your house to meet with you, to helping you decide which hearing aid is best for you which may not be the most expensive (see...he is HONEST and has integrity) and to helping you get financing if needed. Todd, if I may quote Tina Turner, is simply the best, better than all the rest!!!!! I was told by Hearing Unlimited that their Finance department would verify coverage before my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed they were not part of the network. When I finally spoke with the finance person I was told that Hearing Unlimited decided that they didn't want to be part of AudionetAmerica's network but maybe they would consider it for 2018. Nice job, making an elderly woman drive to an appointment and walk away with nothing, except being frustrated. Wouldn't recommend this provider based on my experience.

I saw Julia Moran last year at the Freeport Road location and she was so friendly and professional. She only is at the Waterfront and Bethel Park locations now, so I went to her at the office in the Waterfront. The office is small and the parking lot is right in front. Womancare Associates is right off the main street in Homestead. The receptionist was friendly and I only waited a few minutes before going back for my appointment. She updated my insurance with no issues. The nurse Paige was super nice and accommodating too! If you are looking for a doctor/nurse for your yearly exam I highly recommend Julia Moran. You are in and out in about 15 minutes and she is just SO nice and makes you feel comfortable. I will go to her at this office again next year.
