And it's not all furniture; there are lamps, (new) candles, objets d'art, (new) throw pillows, bookends, etc. Basically anything you could find at Pottery Barn (save linens and tableware) but higher quality and certainly more unique. It's such a comfortable, warm place that my husband and I enjoy just popping in every few weeks to see what's new. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) we've run out of spaces to put furniture. Rick, the owner, has a great eye for quality and style and is super friendly, to boot. Once he offered to lend us his SUV so we could haul a piece of furniture to our nearby home! We declined his very generous offer :-) They do deliver for a fee, for things that can't be wedged into a standard vehicle.

I was aware that they have bulk items like laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. but there's so much more than that, too. I was overwhelmed by all the different products! They have bulk pantry staples (dry beans, grains, oils, spices, even pasta), a huge refill station with everything previously mentioned and more, secondhand clothing, reusable items for home, cat toys, beauty products, plastic-free items, even local cheese and butter. I had so much fun looking around and ended up buying a travel size dry shampoo and some natural deodorant that comes in a glass jar. The brand is Little Seed Farm and it's my new favorite deodorant! I'd been trying different plastic-free options over the years and none even come close to this one. If you're interested in living a more sustainable, single-use plastic free lifestyle, this is definitely a spot you'll want to check out.

One thing that sets this store apart is the owner. She is genuinely so kind and goes above and beyond to help with the little things without you having to ask. She seems to be supportive of other local businesses and actively works with other community members. I was lucky enough to buy a small collection of presents for friends and she diligently handwrapped each one without me even having to ask. The items in the store will be slightly higher price but I've found the quality is often reflected in the price. It's centered in a really great location that makes for a fun day out and about.
