Parking feels fairly standard and a private lot for a Costco. Still hard to find parking during high foot traffic times. Inside was not as busy as say one that we frequent to in our state so it was nice to maneuver without too much hassle. Again maybe it wasn't a peak time to go. My mom hit a jackpot with their sales and got pajama sets for only $3. Easy Christmas gifts! But I think this can be dependent on the location and items that need to be moved. Either way, good selection of items in the baked good area and they had the lemon raspberry muffins which can be tricky depending on how well they sell at a Costco. All in all a pretty standard Costco.

It was less than $5 per person, and the soup station also offered crackers or bread for an additional fee. The utensils (metal and plastic) were actually located near the entrance of the Co-op, not the soup station. The Co-op had a membership that appeared to offer a slight discount on prices. Overall, the Co-op was quiet, offered a mix of organic and specialty items, with a deli, salad bar, and soup station. Their cashiers were friendly. It definitely reminded me of Trader Joe's and Sprouts. Definitely would return and recommend.

The parking lot is kind of small, but we were able to find a spot to squeeze into on our visit. When you enter the building you'll see an impressive self-serve section and I noticed quite a few people loading up their plates or to go boxes. There's an island of ingredients to make your own salad and a couple of home made soups, and another area for hot items. My mom and I decided to share a squash soup, a small salad, and an assortment of hot items including South Carolina pulled pork, mac n cheese, biscuits and gravy, and mashed potatoes. I also decided to try a local kombucha which was really refreshing. We grabbed our utensils close to the exit and headed upstairs to enjoy our food. After we devoured everything we perused the main floor and bought a lot of Montana based goodies including teas, Bequet caramels, soaps, and skincare products. Suffice to say I spent quite a bit of money here, but I'm happy to support local and be able to share the Montana spirit with my family and friends! I'd say Community Food Co-op is kind of like a cross between Trader Joes and Whole Foods, but with a great emphasis on sustainability and local goods.
