BEWARE of the $59.99 promotion that maybe a lot of us gets caught up with for a "facial lift rejuvenation " worst facial I've gotten in my life . They use over the counter products not to mention the facial should be 60 min Candice the person that did my facial rushed as it she was on marathon , was very rough on my face , light was on, I don't even think they sanitize after each patient because when it was my turn they called me right away and their was a patient before me and the person was walking out when Candice said my name 10 seconds after .They only have 1 room for all customer so you can imagine . Before writing this review I reached to the office numerous times and when I finally got to speak to the " manager " RACHEL she pretends to be the manager, but she's really the owner she was very rude and didn't want to come up with a better solution . She offer another facial , but I refuse to go back to a place like that with so low quality products and such an unsanitary "spa" . I brought to her attention the products and she said they don't only use those products " over the counter " because I gave her names and when I asked to name some other products that they "also use "in their office she couldn't name one . She works in the office as well is there Monday -Friday so its not like she not working around the products so " she has no clue " . She's the person that after you get the facial you go and tells you what procedures she recommends to keep getting and what products to buy from them . So you guys figure why she couldn't drop more products names ! It's a total scam . They usually charge $250 for the facial I got but it was a "NOVEMBER DEAL "they had going on ! I came here on a discounted facial and immediately upon entering loved the place. Clean, well appointed, and spacious. Easy parking in from t of spot. I was greeted immediately and graciously with offer of a free drink. Literally a champagne wine cafe, chocolate bonbons and snacks tastefully offered guests. They are cheerful to make one feel really at home. I filled out a form and was given immediate attention by the technician. She led me to a room and went over the form and then offered me an add in to my facial and instructed me to put in a wrap and lay under a blanket on the bed. Everything was clean and spotless. The facial technician was an expert, and she explained to me the entire process as she went along, After a very relaxing facial I was led to a room and given a talk on products they sell The amazing technology they offer promises and delivered from the results I found on my first application. I was sold on the high priced item and with a lifetime guarantee I hope to age backwards and use this for the next 62 years! I love the spa and the elegance and gracious customer service. I dealt directly with Yarit and Sznezhana but the phone reception's Abi to the spa manager were all amazing women. So... I'm hooked. You will be too. read more

Not a good experience. Offended by the front desks rudeness when I chose not to stay after for consultation. Never told me prior there will be one. Headband velcro would not hold. Did not have another in spa so greased up my hair during facial. Ad photos show extensive LED facial. The process was nothing like the $59.95 promotion photos advertised. Literally had the best facial of my life, and that says a lot. Got a cheap deal from an IG ad and the facial far exceeded my expectations. The lady was really great. Was pretty excited to be coming here more often. I was fully expecting them to wanna sell me a membership or a package after, which was to be expected and would be ok, BUT what came after was quite interesting and almost scary. They put me into a room with the most aggressive sales lady I ever encountered, trying to sell me all kinds of products and devices for an outrageous price (which I am pretty sure you can get on Aliexpress for $20). I know a thing or 2 about the beauty field and know what products cost and how effective they are, (or rather are NOT) but I can really see how this sales lady probably successfully talks sweet old ladies out of lots of money on the daily. It's really a shame cause I could not WAIT to get out of there and never ever return in my life, missing out on the great facials because of the scammy situation after. Gott give it to that lady though, she was scary good at sales and the setup is genius, although highly unethical. I am charging it to the game as a very expensive lesson in sales. read more

I was really saddened and disappointed. My friend and I book a session. When we arrived we were the only ones there. The receptionist was extremely rude. She looked up from the counter and instead of "Hello " or "Welcome" she said " Is there something you want ?" My friend continued to try to explain that we had an appointment. Admittedly we were 10 minutes late due to traffic and getting a little lost. However we were in constant contact with the salon. The receptionist tells us to take a seat. Now we are sitting in the waiting room area for about 10 - 15 minutes more when someone one appears for the back and says oh we can not see you. My friend explained why we were late mind you driving from almost an hour away. Very abruptly, no we can not see you. So we said ok can we reschedule? We were told that they close at 4 pm daily and are not open on Saturdays because their employees like the day off. No matter what time or date was suggested for almost a month we were told they were booked. We wasted more than 35 minutes doing this. The phone did not ring once nor did anyone enter or leave. It saddens and infuriates me,and I never say things like this, but it was clear they did not want to serve our kind. My friend and myself are both Afro Latinas. I am an IT manager and she is a broker we are both educated successful women in our own right. But in that moment it was very clear what they saw. It was hurtful and demeaning. I am really glad we did not spend our money where we clearly were not welcomed. SHAME ON YOU!! read more
